Very good service despite the current problems

Has been quite a while waiting for delivery ..i wanted to add to my order before they sent it and they said no !!!
Still waiting for confirmation of being sent ....

Good service but impossible to change my personal details ...Mrs Killock , named on my account , has been dead for over 2 years and I cannot get the account changed to my name ..

Half of my order was delivered on time ..the other half was ‘no longer available ‘ , even though it was when ordered .
I only found out when I enquired if my order would be delivered on time .
No one had contacted me to tell me that it was not going to be delivered .
The only good thing about this was I got the same item , online from amazon , about £55 cheaper than your price .
Only an average experience for me I’m afraid .
You shouldn’t advertise and take payment for goods that you are unable to deliver

Everytime i use paddock the service is great ..parts usually arrive within a couple of days . Never had any faulty parts and on the rare occasion the part is wrong its been changed with no fuss
