The experience with Customer Service Team member Morgan was first class.
She contacted me every week with updates on my complaint and also got someone else to contact me while she was away from work ..
She followed my complaint right through til the end and assured a satisfactory outcome .
Morgan was the good thing about my dealings with EDF
Their processes and ways of working are atrocious and I hope I dont have to deal with them again ..

2nd time we have used you ...excellent service both times ..efficient , kept well informed and all went through ok .

Quality of bed very good , quality of bed cover extremely poor ...split and fell apart after 2 months ...
Contacted Customer are 3 times but dd not get a response ...
Have hd to buy 2 new covers at around £ 70 ....

After a poor start , with no tracking information and very long delivery times , my last order was dispatched quickly , the tracking info was correct and the product arrived in very quick time .
Quality of the dog beds (2) is very good and our dogs love them

I ordered a 3xl dog bed on 2 December followed by a bed cover on the 3rd ..
I have been given tracking and order numbers that dont exist ...I am unable to trck my goods nd the Company are not replying to e mails ....I think Ive been scammed here ....Facebook should not allow these adverts that rip people off ..

Ive been a Barretts Customer for nearly 35 years , 24 with Barretts Jaguar ..
I have always , without exception , received excellent service from all departments .
Whenever I call in to the Dealership , I am always made very welcome ..
Its a big shame the way the Jaguar brand is going ...sadly , I think I have just purchased my last Jaguar ..

I ve had serveral pairs of shoes / trainers and they have helped tremendously with my foot pain .
They are all supremely comfortable and I very rarely wear any other footware now ...
Also , delivery times are good and if I contact Fitville , I always get a swift response ..

Easy to order and the shoes arrived very quickly ..
I ve had several pairs of different shoes from Fitville and they have all been well made and very comfortable

Everything was in excellent order , well appointed , clean and comfortable ..
Bit of noise from the US Airforce playing overhead 🤣🤣 ..not a problem for us , some may not like it tho

Couldnt get out of car park , wanted to charge me £130 , evn though we had pre booked and paid ..
No human in the office anymore ..had to talk to a machine .
I have severe speech problems and if I was on my own , I would not have been able to do that !!

Quite a long wait from order to actual fitting .
Parts arrived , as scheduled , on time ..
The installer , although having to work on his own ,was outstanding .
He stayed later than he had to to try and keep the build on time but was frustrated in the end ,by missing parts ..
He came back on his day off , to finish the install ..

Highest quality workmanship .
We did have a little moan about having to dispose of all the rubbish ourselves but we did get sent a link to a rubbish clearance Company , who also were very efficient .

From the inital phone call to the Tradesman calling round and completing the job , was just over an hour ...excellent service

Very easy to use ...pick up of parcel was quick an efficient and only took a few days for the result .
Would always hope for a bit more but offer was acceptable
