DO NOT USE THEM ...Terrible customer experience
UPDATE. I can't leave that reply. So, for the last time ... You were the rudest person I have ever spoken to as a customer, yes I swore, I do not deny that, but only out of total frustration of being repeatedly called a liar by you, you called your customer a liar! Said I hadn't spoken to anyone at your offices, said that you hadn't signed for my returned hardware despite me sending you the signed Royal Mail receipt. I sent you copies of several days of my call logs to your office to show that I called and had lengthy conversations with your staff. You were just rude and obnoxious and have zero customer relations skills. Oh, and I have since learned that you are vastly over charging for your equipment and services compared to other, better, suppliers.
I did indeed eventually receive a refund of the extra payment taken. Lauran was lovely and dealt with my issue promptly. However, I will never excuse the rude and quite frankly, borderline abusive, manner in which I was spoken to by the director, Ashley. He basically called me a liar. Terrible experience with them. The director, 'Ash' was rude and exceedingly unhelpful after charging me an additional month at £60. They denied ever speaking to me and agreeing to cancel my contract and insisting that I din't give notice to them in writing. Terrible customer service. They also denied signing for the equipment I returned, even though I had a copy of the signed receipt from Royal Mail. Not interested in customer service, they just want your money. DO NOT USE THEM. Use National Broadband instead, they are half the price for the exact same service.
