Damaged, incomplete and I'll fitting furniture

Ordered sofas which duly arrived on time, however, both items were stained badly and had three of the wooden feet missing and replaced with black plastic feet. Our large seat cushion did not fit as it was too big and overhung the sofa by 5-10 cmd. They immediately offered to send someone out to clean it as if this was a regular occurrence. I insisted on having both sofas replaced and am now awaiting a delivery date. Not the best experience and would think twice before ordering from DFS again.
