Review of Ellos Danmark

I am disappointed.

I have only received half of my order, the other half has been on the way for 8 days now, and I can not see where the parcel is when I use the tracking number. I have written to Ellos and I have not received a reply yet.
This has never happened before when I have purchased from Ellos, service and shipment has been impeccable, but the way they are handling this, is taking far too long.
I am disappointed.

Your feedback regarding the delayed response, we answer all our emails, so if you haven't received a reply from us after 8 days, you should contact us again, as our response time is not that long
