Attempts to change delivery point failed - parcel left outside house.

I've already done a review on this delivery but to repeat.
Before you notified me that the parcel was on it's way I tried several times to change delivery point to a neighbour but the website wouldn't let me. The parcel was then delivered to our house when we were not in and left outside the porch on first delivery. Phoned neighbour who went to collect and fortunately it was still there.
