Poor installation, ignored for 16 weeks after damaging our property. We instructed Soly to install our solar panels. The initial REMOTE constellation was incorrect and the fitters realised, not only was there a chimney in the way but they also did not take into account a window. Error 1. They then fitted the solar, with unsighltly cables everywhere, they take no care and literally throw the external cables outside your property. Error 2. Lastly they broke all the tiles on our roof and did not tell us which in turn caused leaks. Soly then ignored us for 16 weeks after calling and emailing no reply. It caused thousands of pounds of damage, which they refused to pay out. They offered us £250 in compensation, I would AVOID and use a company which cares.

Hi Lee, It's a shame you feel the need to keep this negative review, considering your email stating you will change it as the matter is resolved.
Your item was unfortunately damaged during transit by DX and you have received a FULL refund, with no fees deducted.
As you are aware, Caedan has not been an employee of the business for several weeks and the delays were due to you emailing him individually, instead of the sales email.
We understand your frustration but the moment you notified us of your issues, it was resolved.
Unfortunately, damage in transit does occur from time to time. We try our best to reduce the risk of damage, as we want all our customers to receive their carpets in the condition it left us.
AVOID - Roborock broken after 9 months, bought from Techinn who are equally as useless. They simply ignore you and pass the buck of who is responsible. Are very poorly designed vacuum that seems inundated with issues - which everyone has do not buy one of these - they useless!
Terrible company do not use! item broken after 10 months of use. Was under warranty but they continually (in spanish) tell you that you cannot return as you should contact the manufacturer - this is illegal and therefore this company is breaking the law After many mixed messages - they said return to spain - and we pay the cost! also illegal. We will be reporting this company to trading standards and reulctantly returning our very expensive item - although not convinced they will retund us! Order number is 29319238

Terrible company, i shall not use again! Ordered online recieved damaged, i was told i could not exchange, so i made another order. Then returned the damaged item. I had an emailing acknowledging they had recieved but it was the wrong the order (they looked up the old one) now they are ignoring and have not refunded me. I am taking this to trading standards - avoid this company!!
Impossible to contact! if you need to re-schedule due to covid, there is no way to contact them! they have an online chat (of which they are never online!) plus a whatshapp or twitter which takes 3 days to reply! they need a phone line - utterly useless!

Ive used my Hermes for years, now its Evri, they are impossible to get hold of! My parcel was too large they wouldnt collect - which is fine, but no way to get a refund, online chat is absolutley useless - only a robot to speak to. Im moving away from this company now for my deliveries and returns
There is clearly a huge problem with the Cormar Sensations Carpet. IVe complainted but go nowhere. I have had an independent inspector (commissioned by Cormar) who did not agree and said there is nothing wrong with the carpet. I hugely dispute this as the carpet has bobbled and looks AWFUL!!!!. Ive wasted thousands of pounds on a cormar carpet that I will now have to replace after 10 months, a complete waste of money - and it seems im not alone! DO NOT BUY CORMAR SENSATIONS CARPET
Received a damaged roll of wallpaper. They sent out a new one without asking and asked for the damaged return to be returned with no communication. I tried to return an undamamged one, i sent back and had no replies and am now out of pocket. Taking the matter up with Trading Standards, as has been classed as fraudulent activity.

I would not recommend this company. we placed various orders all was reject wood and not of good quality, Replacements were impossible, customer service not interested. They also dont believe anything you say. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!
