Very pleased with my Taga CD player…

Very pleased with my Taga CD player though it cost more than I had intended. Very good after sales service once I had a player that could link to my Cambridge amplifier. Some inconvenience in having to return my original purchase - ironically a Cambridge CD player which did not link to the amplifier by the same optical lead I had previously used.

More expensive than I expected. It’s a good product but more than £20 for one carton of showroom shine and two cloths is a lot

Disappointed to be put on a later flight than the one we bookd

Having booked an early flight we were very disappointed to be transferred to a later flight. This effectively lost us half a day of our holiday because it was nearly midnight by the time we reached our accommodation in Kassiopi. It also meant that we were the last customers to pick up our hire car which was difficult to inspect in the dark.

Staysure has earned its good reputation

We are reassured to have the backing of a first class insurance company for our forthcoming holidays, including a big trip to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The agent who dealt with us was courteous and well-informed. As an older traveller, I was pleased that my minor health issues were dealt with appropriately.

Great Service from L&G

When I broke my expensive frameless spectacles, Legal and General, my home insurance company, could not have been more helpful. From the first telephone contact through the on-line claim form, everything was clear and straightforward. So I was able to buy my replacement spectacles for only the loss of my £100 excess. Excellent service.

A Good deal

I came into the store somewhat lacking in confidence as I am far from being a hifi expert but with some idea of what I wanted. Kirt was helpful and friendly, right up to packing the goods in the car and giving telephone advice when I became a bit stuck with the installation procedure at home. I am very happy with the sound system and have little doubt that it will provide me with many hours of pleasure.
