After 4 days of taking my money they said that they can’t fulfill my order. Still don’t give an option to ask for a refund

After 4 days of order paying £250/- they said they can’t send the goods as item is not available. But still asking what they should do.. return my money or order an another model from them. But in that email there are no link for me to ask for a refund.. be careful.. this company is good only if things go right..

How possibly can they do this ? 0% interest but device cost on Vodafone is £101 more than the RRP.??

How possibly can they do this? 0% interest but the device cost they put as £101 more than RRP. Shame on you Vodafone. If you see all the new model iPhone devices they put £100 or more than the actual RRP. So that is not the interest you are taking? It’s nearly 10% interest. That is not misleading customers? That is not a lie? How come Vodafone can do this without any hesitation? Isn’t that against the law?

PS:-
Answer to the reply below, don’t act like robots and this reply proves that there are no real customer care / other than an automated jargon.. why I have to contact you? Check your web site and see what you are doing is right or wrong. You are advertising the above prices publicly without any hesitation thinking your customers are so stupid.

Poor quality for a crazy expensive prize / horrendous customer service

I bought the iPhone 16 promax Aramaic fibre case with the camera control button. £65/- when ever you remove the case the camera controls came off. Luckily all the times I was able to find it. And now that buttons touch panel fall off.. exposing the circuit underneath..very disappointing.. one of the most expensive cases on the market. I got it as present few months ago..

after this review response from Rose Mous team, she said that they will replace my faulty product with the same brand new item. Cowardly they have sent me a complete different case which is the half of the price which I have bought. This company doesn’t have any quality neither their service or their products. If you own their products you definitely know how inflated their prices are when compared to any other brand. I will never buy anything from them.

Disgusted by this companies appalling service

It’s not once not twice .. many times whenever receiving anything by fedex is always a nightmare. Never accurate, strange misleading tracking service again and again.. none existent customer service. Actually I don’t know how they operate. Nothing seems functional. Tracking shows that good will deliver on the day when it shows item is in 5-6 thousand miles away in another country. Really disgusting as it happens for years.. nothing changed.. look here, how many thousands mark them as 1 star..

Worst company

For years and years whenever if I had a delivery coming with this courier, it’s always a problem. Unprofessional disorganised place. They never can change.. this is not the first time, they came and left without leaving any info card or without any updates about what to do next to get the parcel.. there drivers are very unprofessional. My goods should have received next day, now have to wait the whole weekend.

Utter rubbish.. app doesn’t work and chat with the helpline.. agent was I don’t is human or a system.. seems keep sending system generated jargon. When I questioned, just said sorry. Next day an email came asking my problem been solved or if not let them know replying that email. But that email can’t be replied. It’s a none replying address.. really disgusted.. none excisting place. Be careful

Disrespectful company / be aware you will destroy your credit history by trying to get a contract with this pathetic company.

I have another reviews about this cowardly company years back after leaving them using for 17 years.. be cause of my wives work place ..wanted to get a contract with them again. Me and my wife both ended up destroying our credit history by just applying for a 65 per month contract. I can’t go in to detail abou me or my wife’s financial stats in numbers, but for the whole life we both never had anything with bad credits or difficulties..Our credit scores with Equifax and Experian are either excellent or very good.. at least my wife got an email telling that she’s been declined. For me I only got a message with the phone delivery date and the day my pac code will come to effect.. wait days ..nothing no phone or any information about my order. when call the customer service, they said even your score are excellent.. if the system declined … that’s nothing they can do.. but they never Atleast bother to update me with that…so what about the damage they had done.. pls people be very careful with those cowards.. they have no respect to others till they get what they want…you all will see there explanation for this reveiw as normally what they does .what i say is just stay away from them.. i had issues , i left even after many years they are the same..

Worst people when things go wrong/ just stay away

Worst people when things go wrong. They send a custom built rca cable worth 150/- negative and positive in two different sizes. 3cm longer than the other. And sent the replacement after a week just by RM normal service and lost the parcel. No indication of refund even after an email. When only after authorities involved agreed to refund but it’s nearly two months my money has not been refunded.
After 4 weeks when I copied the email from a met police to me about the matter, Mark from futureshop replied with this

“I can confirm that we have received the order back, thank you. It has been authorised for a refund and this will be done shortly, they are processed in batches by our finance team.

I wonder if I could ask you to ensure that you let us know if the stolen items are recovered at any time and returned to us, we are refunding you on the basis that if there is any recovery financially for the stolen items, the value is passed on back to us. This will include any claims you may have made under insurance. We thank you for your assistance in this matter.”
I am still waiting in their que for the refund.

Dishonest crappy company which openly lies to their loyal customers

Being a customer for 17 years now, they are gone from some how good at the time to worst and worst. Many time over the years their pathetic sales team (which doesn’t have and knowledge of sales other than lying) tried to tricked me by telling I am a platinum customer and have so many offers. But always end up paying more than what I have promised. If you ever call there sales team and ask what they can offer they will start with how many years I have been with Vodafone and the great offers then offer me.. but those crooks never think that we have access to their web site as well.. talking hours and the end they offer the same price plan which they advertised on their web site. Not a penny less.. if you compare their plans all of them are mostly expensive than any other companies. And they secretly taken off most of the benefits as an example, Vodafone anymore doesn’t have internet access in London tubes. Anyway when you see the stats all over the past years, pretty sure soon they will disappear.

NHS should see what’s going on hear… they use our tax money and treating us like time wasters..

I am a NHS worker as well for one of the busiest A&E departments in London. I am using this hospital for years as there are no othe options. Those people here in moorfields are purely a shame to the whole NHS… if you read their web site the y just keep going and goin about who should use their a&e… even they state that this a&e is for only Londoners who live around. When people pay tax do they categorise which area they live? Have many many bad experiences and it’s keep getting worst. At a day where I work we do 600-700 patience a day with care and sympathy towards the patients. Last time I went to moorfiels yesterday as I am a glaucoma patient and had sudden bleeding in my eye. Went there at mid night. There were only me.. they looked at my eye and review at the waiting area.. only by a nurse.. spend one our to go there and in five minutes they sent me back… I don’t know where are those NHS protocols and regulations in this trust…

Bunch of pathetic racist scumbags who doesn’t respect the UK law or it’s values. Ground staff all are Spanish and proud uneducated lazy monkeys…never seen anthing like those in UK anywhere.. if you find any British managers or supervisors they are just puppets under those.
Be careful..If you are a south Asian looking they will go all over you ….. since 2011 mostly in Gatwick I always had serous issues with those monkeys..( i only use them in avery desperate situations to find tickets) last time one of those woman in Gatwick was laughing at my colleague who couldn’t scan his QR code in one go. Actually she looked anoyed an said in broken acsent OMG I asked to scan the code..!!! This woman doesnt knew that she was talking to an IT manager who is working decades for one of the biggest NHS trusts in UK.
UK should be ashamed of giving foreign companies to bring their third class attitude to our shores..
