Bad Customer Service But Resolved Problem in the End

I was sent the wrong order and Dolphin was extremely slow to correct the problem. I submitted three call back requests via their Web site (since they don't list a phone number for customer service), but they didn't call me until I posted a negative review. They kept sending generic email replies and claimed they did not receive any of my 4 email replies to two different addresses. They initially did not follow up to action my 3 callback requests to return the incorrect item and ship the correct one. I finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charge as a last resort. After my negative review they contacted me and sorted out the correct shipment with a few sample products by way of apology. Nonetheless they seem more concerned with chasing me to edit my feedback than diagnosing their IT problems which apparently led to 4 emails vanishing and failure to appropriately follow up several callback requests.

As I pointed out to them, they made a business decision to remove all telephone contact details from their Web site resulting in the substantial amount of time and energy I wasted getting the goods I ordered. Indeed even their customer complaint line gives a recorded message saying they require you to use the "callback" service (which in my experience does not result in a call back).

I will give them a second chance and will report back positively if things improve.

Very Poor Value and Company Refused to Post My Review

Espares sent me a link requesting my review on their site, but when I politely pointed out the outrageous mark up on spare parts, they refused to post my valid criticism. There is little point in them hosting reviews if they refuse to post anything negative.
