Thank you for your review.
The reminders are set based on the last time an order was dispatched, the reminder will be sent to you when you have about 2 weeks medication remaining, providing the reminder cycle is set correctly for the prescription quantity. If you are not receiving the reminders at the correct time you can add and edit the reminders within your account online.
To do this, login to your account select the Your Reminders option here you can add and edit reminders and also update the reminder cycle.
To do this on the APP when you login select the Your Reminders option at the bottom left, here you will be able to set the reminders when you need them.
This will then ensure you are getting the reminders when you feel these are needed.
