I'm giving 4 stars for the product and quick delivery (from Italy to the UK), the minus 1 is for not bothering to a message i sent to "Customer services".

Poor service so far.

I've only had this a few days, so can't comment on it's efficacy (why do companies ask for reviews so soon, rather than give their product time to work?), but, when the website says "delivery in 2 days", and it takes week, and I send a message querying best times to use, and get no response, it's not a satisfactory experience. I only hope the stuff works.

expecting item between 1138hrs-1338hrs NOT delivered

expecting item between 1138hrs-1338hrs. Tracking froze at about 1300 (not updated). Item did not arrive, contacted Yodel at 1920 hrs to state item not arrived, was told to wait until 2100hrs, as drivers deliver up to this time. At 2138hrs recieved e-mail stating delivery had been made at 1300hrs, which is a blatant lie, i waited in all day.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service.
Got sent incorrect sample, informed Copycat, who requested a photo of the incorrect sample, which i did-twice.
Nothing further heard from Copycat a week later. Won't be using again.
