British Gas were not very helpful about the best deal for me rather suggesting I look elsewhere for what I wanted! Having eventually sorted out a service plan when they arranged a visit they cancelled five minutes into the time slot they had given to me without any explanation. They need to improve there customer service if they want to attract customers.

My previous cordless vacuum cleaner pales into insignificance when compared to the Shark! My order was processed quickly and efficiently by Shark and it arrived within a couple of days. The suction power is amazing and I couldn’t believe the amount of dust and dirt that came out of what I thought were clean carpets.
The unit is quite top heavy which you must remember when you temporarily let go of the cleaner which will topple over. That aside it is an excellent cleaner and I would thoroughly recommend it to others.
