I live in an apartment block. This parcel was left in the foyer on the ground floor. I didn't receive a notification of delivery. Luckily my neighbour spotted the parcel and brought it up to me.

Normally parcels are delivered to my front door (on the 3rd floor). Whilst there is a locked outer door on the block, leaving the parcel in the foyer means that anybody could have taken the parcel. Very poor customer service.

One Insurance found house and contents insurance for me after my previous company declined to renew my insurance a few years ago. Since then I have always used One Insurance and they have consistently found me better deals each year.

Tony at the Southsea shop was really helpful to me, answering all my questions and giving his honest opinion.

I ordered from the web site rather than the store. I did have one problem, I wanted the Miami headboard in grey, to match the fabric on the divan bed. According to the web site, the headboard was available in 24 colours, but the drop down box to select the colour only showed 6 colours. I ended up choosing a different colour for the headboard.

I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had that problem.

I've used One Insurance for a number of years now, ever since my insurance company refused to renew my home insurance as I had claimed for 3 separate water leaks within a year. All separate incidents and all genuine.

One Insurance were able to find me an insurance provider which would provide insurance (with a high excess for water damage claims).

They were so good initially that I stayed with them and they have always been very helpful.
