I love Lakeland. Excellent, hard to find products and customer service excellent.
Only problem, I live in Italy and had to pay €32.50 on a £57 odd delivery.
I realise that it's my fault for not reading small print but unfortunately will only be able to buy when in UK in future. Such a shame.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Needed new glass repair in September 2019. Paid for repair and postage and sent to fossil using their labels. Heard nothing. Chased and chased and finally in November watch returned unrepaired and, in addition, not working. Now nearly end of January 2020 and still unresolved. Cannot get an email contact for anyone in authority to complain to. Don't bother!

My wife has been using Glasses Direct for a while now but I was hesitant about buying something so important on line. Especially as I thought I would have trouble filling in the prescription. I needn't have bothered. When I hit a bit I wasn't sure of I phoned through to Glasses Direct and their staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.

The glasses arrived yesterday and are perfect. They're well made, fit well and the vision is absolutely perfect.

Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
