Beautiful Roses

Always beautifully packaged and arrive so fresh. Both recent purchases have arrived in either flower or bud and are still flowering. Having purchased roses before David Austin roses are far more superior and worth waiting if not in stock. I would highly recommend them.

Beautiful tiles at a reasonable price

Beautiful tiles at a reasonable price. Staff are very helpful. A couple of the samples ordered did not look like the tiles on the website.When my tiles arrived I had to send some back due to incorrect colour this was dealt with quickly and refunded immediately. Would recommend.

Next day delivery

I did leave details for a safe place as I was going out. As I had not left and my car was in the drive the driver knocked to check I was in, I was just getting ready to leave so very happy to receive my parcrr we l before I left home. He was polite and friendly. Excellent service.

Just left on the door step at 8.45 at night why not ring the door bell or knock on the door. This also happened with the last delivery and that was in the morning.

Villa Pins Ciutadella Cala Blanca …

Villa Pins Ciutadella Cala Blanca Information given to us was incorrect, directions to Villa wrong. Washing machine and TV not working had to request repairs. Password for WiFi incorrect. Information stated Oven and Grill neither are fitted in this Villa also states Fridge Freezer when it is an undercounter fridge with a small ice box. One sunbed broken. All these problems wnen it states resort representatives check your Villa before you arrive.

Our villas do receive regular checks so it’s a shame to hear that some were overlooked. We realise how important your holiday is to you and how much time and effort you put into choosing a villa for you and your family, therefore we apologise that it was not perfect or as expected.

Brilliant delivery

Brilliant delivery . My problem is not with the company but the instructions on putting the Mountfield mower together I have had it nearly two weeks and will have to wait until my brother comes as they are not very clear for an older woman on her own.

Better Delivery Times…

I agree with a lot of the reviews already left, the magazine used to arrive before they had them in the shops but now can appear any time during the month. It seems to be taking on a more expensive outlook and not the average reader. We need more affordable clothing and household items. Also as someone else pointed out recipes for one please.
