Well would you believe it! It’s nearly 2025 yet a visit to the MK store today led to the middle aged customer assistant pulling, poking and tugging at my hair because she can. I did not visit the store seeking a haircut nor did she ask if it was ok to touch my hair. She loudly exclaimed “is that real” and then proceeded to pull my hair to check its texture and authenticity. If the experience you’re looking for is to be judged and manhandled then by all means visit this store but such such appalling prejudicial experience today

Note that if a product has no reviews, it’s because the product is bad and the service is unacceptable. Boots will remove your reviews and hold on to your funds. Beware!

Really terrible service from Marshall Peugeot Cambridge. Please beware. They will damage your vehicle if it taken in for a service. Mine is not a new car and they clearly wanted to take the car off me. They damaged the car and reported problems with the car when there were none. They made the car unsafe to drivers health after the car went in for a service at this garage. They put their profit over the wellbeing of the customer. Please read other reviews. These people are not trustworthy and are bad. Take your car elsewhere for service and repair.

My experience was awful and I have emailed you to complain but no response or acknowledgment yet. So here goes again. I was racially profiled and called a thief at the store by the female staff at checkout who deals with refunds. She lied even though a male colleague had just informed her that I picked up my order. She lied and said I stole the click and collect items. She is a horrible person and my experience was awful! I will await your response within 7 days of my earlier complaint before taking further.

If only I could give negative or zero stars! Appalling fulfilment of order. Despite ordering the oak R7 radiogram, I was sent the grey device and I find it very interesting that they then sought a review on the actual design I ordered. I called the non existent customer service and was shocked at the appalling response. No apologies made and the advisor asked for the device back. This device is heavy as was a gift too. Given this was on sale when it was purchased and I know that I purchased the last oak design, I am very much and deeply unsatisfied by the service and would never purchase from Fenwick again. There’s just no point - you do not get what you order!
I provided my review to them and they refused to publish it so beware prospective customers. As it was my experience, they are not interested in honouring your purchases.

I have bought most of my child's things from kiddicare for the past few years and I have always been impressed with their quality and delivery.
I would like to suggest that their customer service be improved on but I rarely have to contact customer service anyway because of the good items, delivery and communications! I would highly recommend this retailer!👍

I purchased a couple of Rosie bras from the store. I liked the style and design of this product and purchased two in different colors. However after first wash the green bra had a split and I noticed the ivory one had the same too which got rather larger after the second wash. After notifying M&S of this issue they refunded the ivory bra but refused to refund the green bra as the tear wasn't large enough and in their opinion it was down to use of biological detergent. I NEVER USE BIOLOGICAL DETERGENT by the way!! My advise is to stay clear of this product, brand and potentially M&S items as they seem to have lost sight of why anyone would purchase from M&S. I have bras that have cost me much less than this and have served me for the better of 4 years! Unlike the less than a month blame it on detergent quality from M&S!!

I have only been with the learning people for over a week now and i have been nothing short of impressed with their knowledge , willingness to help and availability. My journey started with Steve giving me a call after i made i enquiry. I initially thought i was going to be cajoled into enrolling and then informed about some small prints later on. Indeed he was as plain and straightforward as could be and there were no issues he couldn't provide me with detailed information about there and then plus there were no small prints i had been expecting! I have started my CAPM knowledge center study now, enjoying it so far and will probably be looking to take on additional courses once this pack is completed. Currently looking to take my Prince2 exam already and then followed by MSP and APM! I would highly recommend TLP!
