APPALLING!!

APPALLING!!! I fell over 2 weeks ago on a wet floor in my local Aldi (Romford) Essex injuring my lower back, ribs, wrist and thigh. Manager was kind enough to pay my shopping bill and also gave me Prosecco free of charge. 5 days later i had to go to hospital as immense pain from my ribs and lower back was preventing me from carrying on living a normal life. Im still taking 8 tablets a day as pain no better. I contacted Customer Services to ask for CCTV footage and they provided me with there Privacy Data Department who could oblige. Now here is why Aldi are getting a one star (Id give zero if possible.) I have spent almost 2 hours this evening on the website Aldi use re Data Privacy trying to answer there questions. 7 times Ive typed my accident details and 7 times half way through explaining - Ive been cut off!!! Ive run out of patience now and im angry. I feel like this is happening on purpose to put people off continuing with there complaint. Not sure what to do now but I wont be leaving it as they probably hope i will.

Have to give only one star sadly!

Have to give only one star sadly!! Order No. FP199759 5 Large Moonstruck Cushions ordered on 20/12/21 stating "in stock" at time of purchasing online. Delivery date was estimated 5th/6th Jan 2022. Nothing received so far. No updates or communication either. I rang Customer Services today only to be told delivery will be roughly 31st Jan! Quick enough to take £225 and claim they were in stock (obviously wasnt) and leave the rest to me to find out whats going on with my order. Cancelled the order and want a refund.

This showed as "in stock" at the time of purchasing as one cushion was available however as you ordered an additional four more, they were placed on order with our supplier. We apologise that this was not communicated to you at the time and that you were not informed of the additional delay. As requested, your order has now been cancelled and your funds have been refunded back to you

FANTASTIC VETS....HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My 4 year old Maltese girl began falling and stumbling recently. She was diagnosed by a local vet to have a very rare spinal deformity called Atlanto Axial Sub Luxation and all four legs would go lame shortly and her breating would deteriorate due to spine pressing on windpipe. Her future was BLEAK to say the least. After days of researching neurologists who have performed this complex operation needed i decided on using Sebastien Behr from Willows Solihull. 3 Weeks ago she was admitted for the 5 hour surgery and it had huge risks. Fast forward to now and my little Tilly is recovering well, walking normally and even trying to RUN!!! Willows staff and Sebastien were fantastic from start to finish. He has literally performed a miracle on my dog and I will be forever grateful. I cant praise the service, kindness and professionalism enough. Highly Recommend.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 pair of lovely jewelled embellished flipflops, turquoise pair and a white pair. Wore the blue one's and within an hour the jewels were hanging off!! Then the same with the white ones. Within a few hours jewels had come away from the flipflop. Its now down to me to try and repair them.

Joined this agency as we needed a…

Joined this agency as we needed a sitter for our 4 dogs for 2 weeks in May. I got ONE reply from a lovely lady who lives in Australia. I sent at least 15 people requests (UK based)....Nobody could house sit though...All booked...I advertised on the website 3 months ago...and apart from the lady in Australia....WHOM IVE BOOKED THANKFULLY....no other takers!!! I dont know what i'd of done if she never responded to house sit.

Whilst walking my dogs today I came …

Whilst walking my dogs today I came across an injured goose laying by the side of the lake. It couldnt move its body...just its neck and head. I called RSPCA only to be told "IF IT WAS A SWAN - SOMEBODY WOULD COME OUT...BUT NOT FOR A GOOSE"???? Her manner was abrupt and really uncaring. I tried the local council...no good...I left it a while then called the rspca again...spoke to a lovely lady who took lots of details and said they would send somebody out. Not sure if they came out for the poor thing but the attitude of the first person on their "Helpline" was disgusting.

Chose a black and white cowhide rug for white living room floor. It arrived quickly and looks amazing down. Very good quality. Would buy from here again.

LEAKED FIRST TIME I WORE THEM!!

Nice looking comfortable "waterproof snowboots" (apparently). Not the case. Wore them for the first time today out with dogs in the rain...my socks were soaked through time i got home. Really disappointed...glad im not actually walking in SNOW....total waste of money. Dont bother.

Unfortunately, this is not the same as Waterproof and therefore wouldn't recommend wearing them through rain as this will penetrate the Snow Proof fabric. However, should you wear them in dry snow or in snowy conditions, you shouldn't have a problem. AVOID WOWCHER AT ALL COSTS....NEVER AGAIN!!!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive been waiting over 5 weeks now for a refund of £129.00 and still nothing!! Ive emailed so many times and spoke to somebody who said they'd deal with it...but they havent. Im running out of patience and havent got the time to keep contacting them. They owe me £129 and i want it BACK!. Never, ever, again will I use these people. Con merchants. What else am I supposed to do???
