Honest Audi Garage

I did a months research to find an Audi Q6, visiting 5 Audi dealerships. Found the ideal 6 month old Q6 at Audi Farnborough, I travelled 160 miles to the dealership, dealt with Umar (salesman) he is knowledgeable, knows and respects the Audi brand, not pushy. I did not feel to be made inferior for paying cash, no PCP's rammed down my throat, no tracker, cosmetics and ceramic coating added to the final bill like other Audi dealers.
Umar allowed me 2 test drives, also extra time to look at the vehicle myself, he also picked me and my wife up from the railway station on collection of the vehicle.
Georgie the Sales Manager was very pleasant and did not undermine the salesman, like other Sales Managers.
The atmosphere at Audi Farnborough is relaxed the receptionist Natalie is lovely and has a great customer service technique.

Fantastic Customer service

I went to pre order an I phone 17 last week at Curry's Burton Upon Trent, the customer service representatives name was Jamie.
With the long process of checking my trade in phone etc it passed the closing time of 8pm. I mentioned that I could return the next morning but he said its no problem, unfortunately the colour was not available.
Due to Jamie's committed work ethic, I returned the next day and choose another colour, also my wife purchased an I Phone 17 off Jamie yesterday, please thank Jamie and Ben for staying over after the shop closing time

Great service and knowledgeable Engineer

An Engineer from Pro EV came out on behalf of OHME yesterday, my EV box was tripping out again after 10 months (not Pro EV's installation). The Engineer had lots of equipment and checked our installation, then changed the trip switch. He showed us what he had done and seemed very knowledgeable. thank you

5 Star Customer Service

We have lived in a Bloor home (Langley design) at Outwood Meadows Burton since May 2024
Not that we have had any major faults, but the Front Door lock started playing up Monday, within 10 minutes of emailing Bloor homes had an After Sales Engineer at our Front door, it was unbelievable, the Engineer ordered a new lock and 2 days later its just been fitted.
Fantastic customer service, thanks Sarah Christie and the Engineer.
I have noticed whatever position held at Bloor Homes all the staff are enthusiastic working for a great company

Buy Direct from Audi Dealer

Picked my wifes new 22 plate Audi A1 up from Tamworth Audi, on 4/04/2022 after ordering the vehicle January 2022, this was after ordering the same vehicle from UK Car Discount July 2021 and 2 weeks before build January 2022 just getting an email that the car order was cancelled and £1,000 deposit back, wasted 6 months

Allows proper reviews, sometimes companies have issues beyond their control, but just be honest.
I have had to pay £2,249 more for the same product now.

My wifes Audi A1 is being built this week (8) ordered January 2022, and will arrive early April 2022, the Audi dealer felt sorry about us being scammed by UK Car Discount and gave a good discount but its still costing £2,249.05 more . When u buy from a third party some manufacturers rights are lost. For Brian to promise to chase in the New Year, then have 1 Months holiday sums UK Car discount up

Avoid at all costs

July 2021 my wife wanted an Audi A1, at the local Audi garage it was £500 more and delivery January 2022, at UK Car Discount via their Audi dealer delivery was November 2021 delivery, so choose UK Car Discount what a mistake, my wife would be driving an A1 now.
In October I chased delivery up and was told with chip shortage the vehicle was delayed till January 2022, I accepted this as in the Email it promised the car would definitely be delivered at the fixed price of £21,660 being made Week 2 and delivered to the Audi dealer February 2022.
Then out the blue December 21st an email stating that they could not fulfil the order and sent the deposit back.
At the SAME time advertising the same car for £3000 more?

Worst Shed I have ever seen

The Shed arrived on time and the driver was very polite.
The quality of the shed was poor, my 25 year old lad helping me could not believe it, he was just laughing his head off.
The door was not cut straight on the ends, worst of all the sides did not line up correct which made the roof fit poor, after the felt was put over this could not be seen.
This was the only shed that would fit the gap in an entry so the tenants could fit a lawn mower etc in.
At least I do not have to look at this shed, none of our other rented houses will we purchase another shed from Waltons
