Just a few months ago my drinking was at such a dangerous level and after 10 years trying to stop, cut down, have fewer drinking days, nothing worked. That was until I found TSM UK. Parcel delivered to incorrect address. No customer service to help obtain parcel. Really poor service overall. Transpired parcel left in neighbours porch rather than mine at great inconvenience to neighbour.

Placed an order 32 days ago and still not delivered. I requested a refund but they are sending what looks like a generic email apologising for the missing items! Ive had nothing, so again requested a refund. This is theft, they clearly don't have the items to deliver and don't want to deal with a large volume of refunds.
