Review of EE
Ordered 4 EE SIMs for the family. EE failed to include EU roaming on 2, despite their own emailed paperwork showing roaming included. Despite 12 emails over 11 days, EE failed to resolve. Cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. Did not even open the SIM packs. EE then charged me £33 by Direct Debit on the very day they confirmed cancellation. EE promised by email to reimburse within 30 days. 84 days later EE has still not reimbursed.
UPDATE IN ANSWER TO EE's REPLY:
Yes, EU roaming was agreed to be included, but failed to be.
I tried again in March 2024. But EE again failed to include EU roaming, this time on all 4 SIMs. Also EE failed to set up at the agreed price - charging £2 more per SIM than agreed. So, again, I cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period.
I tried again last week - 3rd time (3 April 2024). The SIMs are not showing in my EE app. Yet again, EE failed to include EU roaming in 3 of the 4 SIMs, as shown in EE's confirmation emails. Yet again, EE failed to set up at the agreed price, showing entirely the wrong price for 1 SIM, and charging £2 more per SIM for the other 3. Currently EE are trying to resolve, but now 4 days later. Given past experience, I anticipate EE with fail a 3rd time, and I'll be cancelling again in the cooling off period.
Can it really be this difficult for a SIM provide to sell on its own agreed terms?
Why does it take public social media shaming before EE pretends to care?

Very helpful on the phone. Fast delivery (next day), great service. Boots didn't quite fit, so returned, and refund email arrived 2 hours after the boots arrived back with SB. Couldn't ask for more.
