Carl was the first energy company who went in-depth about suitable contract for me

Carl was the first energy company customer service staff to look into the usage of my electricity and convince me to sign up for a year’s contract. It was a pleasure to speak to him regarding in-depth knowledge about his work , patience and understanding the customers needs. I feel that he should be an ambassador to customer service and be given a job to train other members of customer service staff if the company is interested in getting more customers
