Martin Mountford was very professional when dealing with the boiler replacement for Home Serve. He explained every section of the work clearly, making certain I fully understood what was proposed and what could be beneficial by updating other elements. He took his time and at no time did I feel pressured in to agreeing extra work that did not give me a benefit.

Marshall's undertook an annual service on my car AK13ECZ and I can state that I am happy with all aspects of that service from collection, work done, reporting progress to delivery. I found all the people I dealt with courteous and knowledgeable which made everything about the service simple and easy.

The only main problem was fitting the chair together, even two handed it took over four hours to complete. to start with it would have been useful if the number of bolts were listed as these had been thrown into the box together with the allen keys one of which had worked is way into the cardboard box.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK CARRIED OUT TO MY CAR

The bulbs ordered were identified with ease, placing the order was simple and the delivery arrived quickly prior to the estimated date for receipt of the package.
