Fantastic company. Jaz went out of his way to help us with a delivery which was marginally outside of their usual delivery area. The price was the best around and the delivery guys were excellent. Highly recommended company would use again without hesitation.
Fab company. So pleased with my rug. Lovely rich colours just as pictured on their website. Great value for money and ships from Sweden far more quickly than some UK firms. Would happily buy again. Recommended.
Very quick and easy system. My parcel was delivered very quickly with updates along the way. I had to send another parcel the same day via a different company and it is still not there. I would choose inpost every time.
Easy online ordering, quick click and collect delivery, well packaged. Just a shame a bag costs 75p when you collect them!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Send you a renewal card 6 weeks before your renewal starts without asking if you want to renew. Then you have to cut up and photograph the destroyed card and email again.They then ignore that email or claim they haven’t received it ( when later you can see they have). Then take out the direct debit anyway!! Then you have to wait and wait with various excuses and promises about a refund which takes about three weeks for some reason.other people have mentioned this so it feels like a policy for keeping funds in their account for a while! There was a particularly rude person called Jason who claimed they had not received my email ( when a later person found it ok) and just kept saying “ it’s in the terms and conditions” really unhelpfully. The magazine is good but the card does not pay for itself unless you use it quite a bit. I will be getting a Tate card instead. Avoid.
Ordered item, two days later had an email to say it was with the Royal Mail and they would contact me when it was dispatched. A week later I phoned and the parcel hadn’t moved. Fatface customer service friendly efficient and refunded me straight away but disappointing.

Shockingly incompetent admin and support staff, I have to constantly chase them, their latest error is claiming that a DPD link to last months prescription for my daughter is this months which has not been issued yet (after two phone calls and several emails). At £500 an hour this is completely unacceptable. High turn over of staff, very expensive, not competent, avoid.

Lied to me for three days about where my parcel was, lost me two days annual leave waiting in for the promised parcel. Then told me i had to contact the sender on the third as they had lost it. Appalling lying customer service, no complaints phone number, not surprised CEO Mike Hancox has a locked twitter account, he should be ashamed.
Have taken my money but no sign of the item I ordered. Then to add insult to injury they keep emailing me to ask how they did and review the product! Avoid.

Very poor quality materials and shapeless shoddy workmanship. Ordered what was supposed to be a wool cardigan, when it came it was shiny polyester and hung off my shoulders. Its expensive to ship, then they expect you to pay to ship this rubbish back. I didn't order much just in case they were as bad as everybody said so I am going to stick the items in the charity bag and chalk it up to experience. Waste of £25. Avoid!
On three occasions VP told us we could only collect flight tickets at airport as Thomas Cook did not allow online check in to passengers booked via a third party ( i.e. VP) . Thomas Cook informed us this was wrong and VP had just not sent the code needed to check in. Fourth phone call to VP and extracted the code but no apology! We were told on website and in info at villa that rep would not contact us unless asked, but she turned up uninvited and later than the time she had posted through the door. The villa info said the maids would come Mon/Tues and Thursday. So we arranged our week around that and stayed in at then villa on the Wednesday which is the only time the maids showed up other than an hour earlier than check out time on the last day. The villa was not very clean, had a cockroach infestation and we were expected to put soiled toilet paper in the bins rather than flush it. The pool man was supposed to come every other day and came once. Yes there was a DVD player and PlayStation but there were no dvds nor games, not even a pack of cards. There were no essential supplies like salt or toilet cleaner you had to buy it all. The island, people and car hire company were wonderful, the villa was ok, the villas view was magnificent. We would go again to Kefalonia but not with Villa Plus.
