Very kind, caring and compassionate staff. Nurse took the time to fully explain the process to my daughter before her interview and answered her questions. During the parent interview, at no time did... See more

I have recently been assessed by Lawrence Oyelami MSc of Clinical Partners. As an older adult I was very stressed about the assessment.
Lawrence was amazing from the very beginning to the very end. He is kind, patient, warm, professional and incredibly good at what he does. He managed to get out of me things I had forgotten for over 60 years. He made me realise, without suggesting, things that have happened throughout my life, and continue to happen on a day to day basis, that I see now as red flags.
Lawrence couldn’t have been more thorough, it was an arduous three hour assessment and after I felt incredibly tired, confused and with more than a little brain fog, yet thankful that Lawrence showed care and humanity in this very personal experience.
Thank you, Lawrence, thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to realise things about myself that have caused so much stress and anguish throughout my life.
Professional, caring, felt like you were truly been listened too, timescales were amazing from first assessment to diagnosis. The two assessors we dealt with were outstanding. Highly recommended
Very helpful and understanding even if you feel very nervous or anxious
Great experience with Clinical Partners, could not fault anything. We were talked through every process and each step. Amazing staff and great communication
Very good experience, I expect enhanced by the positive diagnosis outcome which gives me comfort to know where am I am and why. My assessor was polite and efficient, firm when needed to make best use of time; this goes more for the assessment a few months back. More particularly I felt some empathy from my assessor when she heard my relieved response when presenting my diagnosis. I really appreciated her manner and understanding. It all takes time of course, but somewhat quicker than direct through NHS perhaps, from what I hear from others in my world...but this is always variable. I thought the whole thing very efficient...just a wait now 12-18 months to be onboarded for treatment...but at least it's coming...not too late for the near 60yo old dog that I am, haha!
Two issues: Firstly, there was no opportunity to look again at my questionnaire and review the questions I answered.
Secondly, my son was sent many emails from 'Clinical Partners' and missed an important one which he was meant to forward to his "informant" (being me) As a result we could not see how to gain access to fill in the "informant" questionnaire
Amazing service and can’t thank them enough for the support and guidance they have provided ❤️
They were very friendly and informative and helped through the process with ease
The clinicuans are professional calm listen attentively and are just so reassuring.
the service is easy to use although i understand its due to confidebtiality can be a bit difficult to access documents with extra passwords and pins.
the diagnosis is given in a clear manner
This whole service is very disappointing. We submitted our request for the ASD test almost at the same time with one of our friends. Both kids were flagged by the school for needing the assessment. The other child had the ADHD test 4 months earlier than us, we waited 7.5 months, even though my daughter was referred by the hospital as well. It all happens online. The other child had a 30 minutes call, she probably prepared how to answer the questions, she got the diagnosis. My daughter who had a history of severe mental health issues, didn’t. Whilst we waited for her assessment via the clinical partners, I also secured a date for the same ASD assessment in another country. She was seen by 3 clinical psychologists, plus a psychiatrist, they did several tests, IQ test in a 4 days f2f thorough consultation series. She was diagnosed as a highly functioning autist who can mask extremely well. Clinical Partners were represented by somebody who has a BSc in Nursing and is a Registered prescriber. Her diagnosis was anxiety. This is dangerous and irresponsible! My daughter’s anxiety comes from her being an autist, who goes above and beyond to mask it, she is exhausted and of course anxious. Without the specialist help she needs, it could lead to suicide. Clinical partners would need to rethink their position on online only assessments and keep higher standards for the benefit and welfare of their patients.
We had a really positive experience with Clinical Partners for my child’s ASD assessment. The whole process was very easy and straightforward. The clinicians were incredibly patient with my child and made her feel at ease throughout. During the adult sessions, they were friendly, explained everything clearly, and were clearly very knowledgeable, especially about how autism can present differently in girls. That made me feel really confident in their approach and understanding.
I’ve already recommended Clinical Partners to several of my fellow SEND families, as the process was so much quicker and more efficient than waiting for NHS CYPS via school/GP referral.
Very pleased with the service provided by Clinical Partners as a Right to choose NHS partner. I put through a request in Feb, assessments in Sept and results Oct. Every communication was clear and professional. Can't fault them at all.
Had a scheduled phone call with psychologist after my initial adult ADHD assessment to get the results.
No one called. No communication whatsoever, called their NHS line and a rude staff member couldn't give me any information to what has happened and no idea for timeframe. I was told that "she didn't have time" to check with booking agents for further details 🤦 🤷 I'm in absolute disbelief of the lack of attention and professionalism of this service and I will never recommend!
No idea how you people have all those high satisfactory reviews! Honestly!👎👎👎
Great service from the team. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. Took the time to help us and support our questions from us as parents, and our child. Thank you.
Thank you , was very pleased with experience . Report came quickly, was up to date date with all appointments easy and smooth.
