I’ve used allbeauty for years as they’re so trustworthy. Their products are genuine and offered at amazingly reasonable prices. My recent purchase of Floris perfume was half price. The fast delivery and use of non-plastic packaging are so good that I wouldn’t use another online beauty site!

We’ve just had an annual service for our Worcester Bosch boiler. Richard Smith (and Gerald) installed it two years ago and it has enhanced the quality of our life immeasurably! These guys really know all there is to know about boilers and heating. They’re very trustworthy.
Kai did our service efficiently and quickly and was polite and informative. He tells us the boiler is working well and will continue to do so for many years to come!

To be honest, I’ve always categorised the David Nieper brand as a little old fashioned. It was referenced however as a trusted British brand in the newly published book ‘Less’ by Patrick Grant (host of the Great British Sewing Bee) so I thought I’d take a look at the website. The beautiful emerald green coat caught my eye and I ordered it in a size 10. I like it because it’s so different from all the camel, grey and black ones out there this season and it has a comfortable relaxed cut. On the downside, the material contains only 25% wool, which makes me wonder about its longevity.
I cannot fault DN customer service. It was ordered late Thursday afternoon and delivered, beautifully packaged, on Sunday morning. I also received a follow-up courtesy call from a delightfully friendly Derbyshire lady about a week later to check whether I was satisfied with my shopping experience.
Having looked at the other clothes on the website, I would struggle to find anything further to my taste. I love the fact that garments are well made in quality materials by locally based seamstresses, but although I’m 75 and a granny, I still want to feel modern and stylish. I shall keep a watchful eye on DN fashions and hope there’ll be something for me in the spring/summer collection…

I have bought cards from this company before, and they are of good quality. Fine art cards such as these are very useful to have in stock as they are blank and can be adapted to any occasion. The range is good and I think it’s been expanded since I last bought from them. I think their 4 for the price of 3 is very good value.
I bought the latest batch in a half price offer so even better value! They’re printed in the UK, rather than in China, which is a major advantage!

I phoned to renew and pay for an annual travel policy. Waiting time was short. Spoke to one customer service person and explained what I wanted, was transferred again to another person who was polite and efficient

I contacted CT to ask for advice about the right kind of foundation for mature skin and about which shade would be a good replacement for my now discontinued one. A make up adviser, Alina, gave me swift and helpful recommendations (Beautiful Foundation 3 Neutral). This online chat service offered by CT is excellent.

I found the product I wanted at a reasonable price. I saved the postage by using click and collect. Unfortunately, the package was labelled incorrectly, with just my title and first name, no surname included. This presented no problems fortunately when I collected, but it might’ve proved awkward if the post office didn’t know me quite well!

Gorgeous has a good range of products. Their prices are competitive, especially if you’re on their mailing list and get occasional offers.

Delivery of the two pairs of boot slippers was very fast, even though one pair was originally on pre-order and expected to take 6 weeks.
They’re intended as Christmas gifts for family members who’ve just moved into a house with hard floors throughout. I cannot comment therefore on their quality, but we parents both have this type of slipper and it’s gorgeously cosy.
