Terrible. Took £80 (which I am told will be refunded in 6 days) but no charge at all. Don’t understand how it can be so difficult. Awful,

We received such a great service through Pet Stay. From the initial contact and arrangements through to the wonderful sitter our dog stayed with we were made to feel at ease and confident that Suki would be well cared for.
Our sitter sent regular updates during the time Suki was with her. Suki had the time of her life and is looking forward to us going away again! Suki is a nervous dog but the experienced sitter knew exactly how to make her feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

Very poor UX. No recently watched function which surely should be a basic requirement. Does not remember even which episode you were watching let alone where you had got to in it.
Painfully slow to load asked to enter pin multiple times. But to what end, it doesn’t seem to remember me!
Advert breaks are oddly timed often showing the same image over and ever again each time.
Come on itv, must try harder, this is an awful platform and clearly not fit for purpose.

Good choice and prices. I ended up having to return one item as it didn't fit. I did check the size guide before purchasing it but it didn't provide any detail over the item could be purchased in XS, S, M, L,XL. Not hugely helpful.

Fortunately, the returns process is pretty straightforward but a situation that could have been avoided non the less.

Poor communication. 2nd time I have ordered something that turned out not to be in stock. Ended up costing more money and missing the event I actually ordered for. Customer service answers felt like automated messages and did not help.

Website is great, extensive range and easy to use. The bed and mattress I bought were good quality for the money I spent and went together easily.
I do think a delivery window smaller than 8 hours would be a big improvement though! Most couriers these days are able to give a much smaller delivery slot.
