Very bad customer service, and video processing is insanely slow even on my maxed out M1 Ultra Mac Mini, which doesn't get better than that. And what killed the experience for me was tha, turns out I have to purchase the all every single year, so I have to pay $300 every year!? It's not one and done deal, so it's a subscription based but hiding under the so called one time payment, it's a plain lie and I'm so disappointed and I can't recommend it whatsoever. Untill they respect customers and deliver on their promises. Who ever paid $300 shouldn't keep buying it again every year, it's a joke!

Key wasn't in stock had to wait till one comes in stock and then tried to activate it , and it said "Sorry, but the following items are not available for purchase in this country. Your purchase has been cancelled."

I'm furious right now.. No response from support no nothing!!
