Not only was BBK-Direct extremely competitive with prices (best value I could find) but the after-sales team were in constant dialogue regarding delivery, including delivering to a third party haulage company for me,

Ordered a Sage Coffee machine on Black Friday at a great price (better than anywhere else), quickly got an e-mail confirmation and a UPS tracking number. Having read a couple of the other reviews I was nervous that this may have been a scam, so I contacted shopplay and got an immediate response assuring me it was on its way. Sure enough 2 days later it arrived. A couple of small items were missing but a quick e-mail to shoppplay and they were sent the next day.
Overall, I am really pleased with shopplay and already recommended them to others.

Nathan from Priory Mortgage Advice provided a really honest and personable service. He explained it all in a way that was clearly understandable and was able to openly demonstrate the impact the new mortgage would have on our monthly payments and overall cost implications of moving provider.

From point of ordering, on-line, to actual delivery was swift and the website was quick and easy to use. However, on checking the contents one of the items was wrong (even though the delivery note stated it had been manually. Becker. On contacting cctv they apologised but will take 2 working days to resolve. So still not managed to fit the system. Response from cctv when they were contacted was good but a shame that I had the need to.

Have used the website many times and the delivery of what I want is always quick and really well priced as well.

At this stage I have only been dealing with the sales team for Wunda but have found them to be extremely quick and effective. Contact has been regular and the quoted price seems highly competitive.
