I have ordered Yorkshire Handmade Pies before, and we always really enjoy them. I thought I'd try the new cheese and broccoli ones and put an order in, then realised there's likely to be no-one in if they are delivered in the shortest of the possible times.
I used the chat function on the website and spoke to Carron, who sorted it all out for me speedily and efficiently, so that I can now be sure to get them into the freezer as soon as they arrive.

Stone samples have been received promptly, carefully packaged.
We have not yet decided between porcelain and sandstone, so cannot yet comment on further service.

The delivery was timely and accurate. I would only say that the packaging was unnecessarily massive; despite that, part of the brackets protruded from the cardboard, so not particularly efficient.
The brackets are exactly what I wanted - you'd be surprised how hard brackets for fence wire are to search for on the Internet!

Ordering online was easy and subsequent communication efficient. The friendly and helpful delivery staff arrived right in the middle of the scheduled window, despite awful weather that day.

Octopus have always been completely fair with me. Just now they have warned me about an upcoming change in energy prices and offered me options to get the best price. Changing tariff has been very straightforward.
In the past, when I had amassed significant credit and we were heading into summer it was easy to have an appropriate lump sum credited back to my bank account.

Booking was generally straightforward, but when I came to entering passenger name I was thrown out of the box after every letter and had to click in again. Thankfully my name is short!

My wall art canvas was delivered safely within days of being ordered. I am very happy with the quality of the product.

I requested a particular colour hibiscus. It arrived promptly, well packed, and was exactly the colour I had hoped for.

Rearranging my delivery worked, and today it arrived safely well within the promised time-slot.

I ordered 4x1m of 30cm bamboo edging, to retain a shingled area for planters. It appears to be securely internally fastened, and the bamboo is of pleasant appearance, even in length, and cut without splinters. I have joined the lengths with cable ties (low) and wire, to ensure they do not twist away from each other (which can be a problem with logroll) and am pleased with the final appearance.

My consignment was delivered in good condition, about a third of the way through the predicted time window, by a friendly and personable driver.

My canvas was produced efficiently and delivered speedily. The picture is well balanced in the frame. (On a previous order the compilation of images was askew, so it's probably best to stick to one image.) The quality of printing is good.

My plant arrived when expected, well packaged, and looking healthy with several new shoots visible.

I visited Tapi Carpets in Eltham to find a carpet that would complement previously chosen curtains. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and took time to explain the different features and help me make comparisons. He then arranged a next-day visit by a surveyor with laser -measuring equipment because most of the relevant floor is currently inaccessible. The survey went without a hitch and the whole continuing process was fully explained to me. I look forward to the fitting in a few weeks' time.

I have received several deliveries recently via Yodel. The predicted delivery window has always been accurate and the drivers friendly.

Consignments from two different suppliers arrived together in the middle of the delivery window, both in good condition. The friendly driver put them in a sensible place for me (one was heavy).

As always, a strong, healthy plant, securely delivered.

I wanted a Campsis, and the descriptions on the website enabled me to choose the most suitable cultivar. A beautiful, healthy plant arrived promptly, securely packaged.
