Service was amazing the cutting and packing was more than I expected usually you just get a box but here every piece had its own wrapping to easily distinguish for distribution.

Ordered a tallboy,vanity unit and WC unit (Order #44310] (August 13, 2021).

First email received stated no vanity unit available so this got cancelled and refunded. The other 2 items then somehow failed to get delivered multiple times by there courier so cancelled the order (and got the same items from a rival on next day delivery!).

Since cancelling the order they have been quick to update there website to say its cancelled but not actually refund. Apparently there card machine can only refund once and they need to do a BACS refund that to this date is still to be done (order is from mid august!)

They wont really answer calls and want emails that they then stop replying to.
