Don't be fooled by the online photos ladies, I have just received 2 dresses that are awful quality and dont look anything like the advert.

I have sent a few emails requesting a return and not had a reply. So disgusted with the service and the dresses.

The quality of the bed is excellent and great value for money.
The delivery drivers weren't so helpful, the left the bed in the hallway and not in the room that we asked.

I have received amazing customer service this morning from a member of the customer service team called Aimee.

I was unable to attend a Tom Jones concert as I was suffering from covid. I was very upset as I have been waiting for the concert to take place since June 2020.

Aimee has arranged a full refund and has cheered me up even though I'm still poorly.

I will definitely use the money from the refund to book tickets through ticket master once I'm back to 100%.

Thank you so much Aimee, you have definitely given me 5 star treatment today.

Brilliant service-Easy to use website, I received my order within a few days. I would do recommend this company.

The dresses that I ordered were delivered in a box so they were so screwed up that they looked horrible and they were far too short which I was surprised at because I have never experienced this from long tall Sally. The dresses were expensive and thought the way they were delivered was terrible. I have returned both of the dresses because I was so disappointed.

Ben was really helpful with my booking. I am a return customer and recommend purple travel to all of my friends and family.

Joanne was extremely helpful with my query and booking. She went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. I will definitely be in touch when we book our next holiday.

I had tried to purchase my perfume in a number of high street shops but had no joy. I managed to buy it from your site and it was £25 cheaper than what I'd seen it in a department store. The perfume was delivered in time for Christmas which I was really pleased about too.
