Ongoing complaint

Ongoing complaint, experience so far sheer incompetence!!My god I have never experienced such incompetence form such a reputable company!! They obviously have not ready my ABTA complaint, that listed my experience, The basis of the complaint was complaint 2, P&O's reply the complaint was dealt with in March, 3 months before they were in breach of contract not able to Supply my suite that I had paid for Absolute shocking service, obviously their customer care team thing complaints will go away, this one is not going away...

Following my previous review

P&O REPLIED TO ABTA RELATING TO THE FIRST COMPLAINT...... SAYING IT HAD BEEN SETTLED, THEY HAVENT ADDRESSED THEVSECOND COMPLAINT, RELSTING TO P&O'S BREACH OF CONTRACT.


Following my previous review, I have received an unacceptable reply from ABTA. I am under the impression that P&O are literally unable to read, your reply states that you satisfactorily settled my complaint in April, yes, you settles that complaint, my complaint with ABTA was for the second complaint where P&O had oversold the cruise and were unable to fulfil my contracted booking of a suite of grade B6 or higher, you contacted me 72 hours before departure to advise YOU had oversold, so the ship could sail full, I had 2 options accept a downgrade or cancel!!! As my luggage had been collected and was already in Southampton, i was forced to accept the DOWNGRADE, but I confirmed at the time I was NOT happy, I confirmed AFTER I was NOT happy and im telling you now I am NOT happy, YOU were in BREACH OF CONTRACT.....

Amazing Suzuki Stoke

Suzuki Stoke have yet again been amazing, I think this is my 5th car from them. Tom has been fabulous, found the perfect car within our budget! I would yet again highly recommend Suzuki Stoke.

shocking experience

I booked a conservatory suite select fare Jan 2024, upgraded to a suite paid £2,000 for the upgradeB6 or higher march 2024. This is where it began to go wrong! They said the upgrade would stay the same, but could not allocate the suite at that time.
On calling again, the suite still hadn't been allocated, it was now "guaranteed" b6 or HIGHER.... Over 30 calls later each agent assured we had a suite B6 or higher.
They made a complete mess of my drinks package! Took 15 calls to get that sorted.
P&O called on the Friday evening before we sailed on the Sunday to advise they could NOT provide the GUARANTEED suite as they has over sold the cruise!! no apology, no we're sorry, just told that they do this to ensure ship sails full!! I lodged an official complaint 11 June 2025, had to allow 28 days for a response, now 39 days and still NO response, Now made a complaint via ABTA, trying to call them is impossible, web chat useless....

We were after a new fridge, went to Currys, they were totally unhelpful, decided try Staffs Appliances, woww!! Within 5 mins we had chosen appliance, brilliant price, speedy inexpensive delivery and disposal of old appliance. On delivery day, they were on time, courteous, and efficient, would highly recommend

Crewe Hall one nighter

I booked a 1 night get away for me and my hubby, wo only live in Stoke so quite local, booked Dinner, bed and breakfast! On arrival we were booked in by Rachael, nothing was too much trouble, she is a credit to the hotel, room was fabulous, dinner in braserie was gorgeous and the breakfast too!! Enjoyed it so much we will be back

Me and my husband applied via a broker…

Me and my husband applied via a broker for a mortgage with Aldermore, we were told survey fee would only be taken once passed underwriting! Survey completed over a month ago!! For the last 3 weeks we have been in final checks in underwriting, Monday they said 48 hours, eventually on Friday morning they pull our application with NO apparent reason, why couldn't they have said that weeks ago instead of keeping us hanging on, now BOE rate went up yesterday were screwed on getting another product!!! Upset doesn't even cover it... this would be a zero star but that option not possible, I have emailed CEO steven Cooper on 9th Nov, no reply, my application no is x10000238555, through AMS brokers

It pains me to write this but I have been Ripped off.... I booked a holiday to maspalomas princess hotel, which I have booked 30+ times over the years!! We had to move dates (covid) we upgraded to tabaiba princess and paid for extra legroom seats. We had to move again (covid) this time we had to pay £200.... our friends who are doing the same trip came over on sat night, they said are you still in Tabaiba side of hotel, I checked on app, low and behold our extra legroom seats have gone and we have been reverted back to Maspalomas princess side of hotel. I "looked" at swapping room, price £321.36.... I decided NOT to book upgrade.
Monday morning I get a demand for payment, when I finished work, I called waited an hour to get through, went through whole scenario, he put me on hold, HE dropped call.... I was livid, Tues AM another demand for payment, I called again when I got home, spoke to a call handler, pretending to be my friend, put me on hold came back and said I had 24 hours from when I booked the upgrade 26th pm.... which I DID NOT BOOK.... I said I didn't get an email till 28th (Mon am) and I called Monday night, to which the call handler dropped call.... he advised me as had BOOKED the upgrade I had to pay for it or cancel the holiday, some friend!!! I assured him I DID NOT confirm the upgrade I only looked at prices, he said there was no alternative, as we are going with friends I have had to put £321.36 on credit card which I can not afford.

I have now cancelled my August holiday booking ref: 10299195 as I'm so angry, losing another £400 I'd rather never use Tui again.... bizarrely I contacted the hotel, they charge €10 per day to upgrade to Tabaiba side. By all means contact me to say you will cancel the upgrade I did not want I will stay in naspalomas princess!!

What a sham update 2

What a sham! We had a new camera system £40 per month fee for this, an engineer would come out within 4 hours, k phoned at 12.40pm yesterday, they said someone would CALL first, if they couldn't resolve an engineer would come, I've been waiting 21 hours and no call, so what am I paying £40 a month for..... avoid them...
Edit.... they called back 4 days later, did not leave .message I was at work, could not call back on the number they called on, just called them they have booked an engineer NEXT Monday...... so where is the 4 hour call out I'm paying for? Also the man who took call was useless.....
UPDATE 2.....
Engineer came out,he only had 40 minutes, he said 2 out of thev3 cameras need re wiring BUT he didn't have enough time to sort it, he said HE would arrange installation team to come back I told him thurs or Friday, but today is wed and no confirmation of engineer coming thurs or Fri.... but guess what they're still taking my £40 for 4 hour call out.... three weeks later still useless.

Fabulous new Shark vacum

We bought a fabulous new vacuum direct from shark, this time we decided to go for a corded model, it is fabulous.

My only gripe is at payment selection, I clicked 3 x interest free payments via PayPal, but whole amount was taken!

Other than that vacum is fabulous
