I used stripe through my booking app and my cash flow was ruined. You wait around a week for your money. Horrendous in this day and age when sum up can turn payments around in hours. Outdated and detrimental to your business

I’ve had a few bad experiences at your…

I’ve had a few bad experiences at your Manchester and Trafford Centre store . The cashiers are the rudest I’ve ever encountered in retail. I purposely go out of my way to smile and say hi when paying to see if they will respond, but they only seem to chat and be polite to customers with the same skin colour as themselves. It’s bizarre. I’d even go as far to say that you may want to investigate to see if there is potentially racism involved

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. The products are terrible quality. When you try to return them they offer you a 50% refund to keep the items (that are fit for the bin) or you pay the p&p but they can’t guarantee that they will make it as it’s overseas mail. They should be allowed to trade in Britain

Absolutely horrendous experience

Absolutely horrendous experience. I wanted to support local travel agents so I booked through hays travel horwich. I called to find out what was going on with my holiday and to find out when my balance was due only to be told that they had cancelled the holiday as I hadn’t responded to their emails. I’ve checked and double checked and there are no emails. I asked Jill to resend or to send me the address that they had been sent from and I’ve heard nothing. Their attitude was appalling. If it had been my mistake I’d have held my hands up and accepted it. Going forward I’ll stick to booking myself online. I travel around three times a year and have never had any admin problems when I’m in control of my own booking. I’d also like to point out that had the staff shown me that I’d missed the emails I’d have happily re booked another holiday with the in place of the one that had been cancelled. Instead I’ve booked online directly with TUI to go to Mexico and I’ll be booking this way in the future

I’ve recently put a review on here in which I was told to email customer service to resolve my issues. I have paid £225 for three uniforms and I only have one uniform to wear. I’ve emailed three times now and have been ignored. I’m absolutely disgusted at the service from Simon Jersey.

I’ve just been shouted as in your store…

I’ve just been shouted as in your store by your store manager Steven. I am exempt from wearing a mask. I get asked every time I visit the store. It’s unnecessary and humiliating. I’ve made this clear today in a calm controlled manner. I was chased by the store manager whilst he shouted in front of other shoppers that he would give me an exemption lanyard. I’ve never been so humiliated in all my life. This man (coward/bully) says he’s the manager. I can’t believe that a store manager would act so aggressively towards customers. I’ve contacted scope who have advised me to contact the EASS. I’m a 44 year old woman. Firstly if I’m not wearing a mask you should presume that I’m exempt. I don’t need policing I’m fully capable of looking after my own health. Secondly a man should never ever approach a lone woman and shout and humiliate them. I’m sorry, but your store manager has stepped over a line today. It is not acceptable to treat someone with a hidden disability like this. I also don’t appreciate him lying that I shouted at the member of staff. That is completely untrue. The staff in this store have been awful through the pandemic. I won’t be shopping there again

I’ve ordered three uniforms

I’ve ordered three uniforms. One arrived and the other arrived with the top missing. The third arrived and the trousers have been sent in the wrong size. I’ve emailed, but had no response. I will be calling this week I’ve just not had time. The uniform I have hasn’t washed great. I think the products are really overpriced

Someone managed to respond to my complaint asking for more information which I have given. I still haven’t had any contact from them and I still don’t have a date for my practical course

This company are bullies

This company are bullies. I’m supposed to have free parking as part of my gym membership yet they have charged me. They are now harassing me for money I don’t have. I’m registered disabled with a blue badge and a vehicle tax exemption and they are bombarding me with threatening letters. This company needs to be shut down. They are criminals. The staff who work there should be ashamed. Should firms like this still be allowed to function during covid? The unnecessary mail should be stopped immediately. They are absolute scum

Absolute shocking customer service

Absolute shocking customer service. If you raise concerns they are brushed off. I’ve been trying to organise the practical session of my course and was told that they don’t have enough tutors and are trying to recruit so the next available training date is 12 months after I signed up for the course. My original course date should have been moved, but nobody contacted me. After numerous emails someone called me and my name wasn’t even in the list. I’m still paying the monthly payment with absolutely no idea when I will actually be able to start recouping my costs. I would like to clarify that Stonebridge were lovely and reassuring but lease do not book this course through Learn Direct. One you have enrolled they are rude, dismissive and only interested in getting paid without offering any level of service.
Having read the review please be aware that this is nothing to do with covid. I’m more than understanding of the current situation but please don’t use it as an excuse for leaving me off the list to rearrange the date and not having any dates because of lack of tutors which I was told by the college. You then completely lied in your response saying that you had enough tutors. So who’s lying????? I just wanted a date and if I’d had a date then it was cancelled because of covid I would be fine. This poor service is nothing to do with the current pandemic it’s your poor service
