Fluid service with great customer service

Easy to communicate with suppliers.
Very happy with the company that I chose to work with, Puijang Chufa E-Commerce. Customer service levels were excellent from Claire Chu, could not have been better. Quality of the goods is excellent. Packaging was excellent. Items easy to identify for checking and unpacking purposes. Very satisfied with my experience.

Nice towels

Very nice towels and flannels which we bought in cream as the beige and white were not available. The colour is lovely nonetheless and matches most bathrooms.
The bath mat is similar to the one at Ikea, but if I´m honest, the pile is deeper on the Ikea version, which is also bigger. But this version does have a non-slip backing and as these were for my mother, the non-slip backing is very helpful to not slip about. Fast delivery and well packed. Thank you!

Con referencia a la oficina de GLS en Arcos de la Frontera: los repartidores son estupendos, eficientes, dispuestos y amables, especialmente para el Casco Antiguo, donde muchos servicios de mensajería no quieren llegar. Nos acercó varios paquetes grandes de mueblería en 2 días distintos, los subieron a la casa e inclusive hasta el dormitorio. Apreciamos mucho su buena actidud, amabilidad y profesionalismo. No se puede pedir más.

I really enjoy using Promo Republic

I really enjoy using Promo Republic, not just for social media either. Have been using it for quite a few years now.
It is intuitive and easy to use with a well designed dashboard. Set-up is straightforward.
Excellent editing tools with a lot of choice.
Offers lots of posting ideas, as well as a good archive of generalist photos.
Easy to set up multiple social media accounts.
Good alerts if a link is broken and needs to be reconnected.
Very helpful and friendly support if you ever need any help with a good response rate.
Have tried other systems, but way prefer PromoRepublic and am very comfortable using the system.
Not sure if there are many integrations to other products but for me has not proved to be a problem.
From my perspective it does exactly what it says on the tin. 100% recommend!

Refuse to refund

Refuse to refund. Will never use again and will dispute.
They lie. Ignore you. And charge outrageous fees. I thought I was dealing with Vodafone (my mistake). Has cost me!

Don´t let CED Commerce anywhere near your business

Would I recommend CED Commerce. NO, NO AND NO AGAIN. Save your MONEY, your TIME and SANITY and go elsewhere. I finally escaped their clutches after trying to work with them for more than 2 years, spanning late 2020 to early 2023. Some of the developers are very capable, and intitally were very calm and generous with their knowledge, but this tapered off as they are also under unreasonable pressure from their bosses. Some of the other developers really should look for an alternative career. I am astounded by the rave reviews, so very far from my own woeful experience. Incredibly, almost all the software commissioned or purchased over more than a 2 year period has completely disappeared from my client account. Where is it? Only evidence of one very poorly devised marketplace module shows, a module on which I had
to spend 2 months fixing all the bugs with the developers to finally get it to work. The bespoke packaging software commissioned (and that never truly worked despite months and months which led to over a year of promises) = gone. The supposed technical support purchased (and never fulfilled) = no record of it. The webiste upgrade (that after a year´s development was still not live) = apparently it never happened.
I do, of course, have evidence of all monies paid. And I also insisted on invoices. These people lost me time and money (and earnings). Don´t let them anywhere near your business.

En el momento de problemas no hay atención al cliente

Recibimos el traje rápido: muy bonito pero faltaba para pegar las alas. Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente, les facilité fotos como me pidieron y desde allí nada. Esto es una falta de respeto y una falta de profesionalidad. Cuando hay un problema, hay que enfrentarse y buscar solución.

Respuesta actualizada: no es correcto que no recibieron mi petición porque me pidieron el informe que luego les facilité. Se ve de muchos de los comentarios aquí en Trustpilot, Funidelia se desinteresa cuando surge un problema.

Fast & Efficient Service by Uber Kids, Great Product

We bought the baby zen yoyo 6+ as the pram we bought simply didn´t fit into our (very) small car, despite advertising that stated it would fit into even very small car boots. It made every car journey a nightmare.

We needed something small and also light as we live in a very hilly cliff top town and it can be tough going. It isn´t the best suspension on the cobbled streets where we live but it is good enough and the baby doesn´t seem to mind and the weightlessness makes up for this in our opinion.

The basket is ok for essentials & little bits and bobs of shopping but don´t rely on it for any bulky shopping. My only suggestion to the designers would be a little net at the back of the basket as when we go up steps things have a tendency to flip out and a small net (which could be removed if not needed) would be a helpful addition to stop this happening. The label also falls out, it is very big...a bit annoying! Could the info just be printed on the bottom of the basket instead?

We also bought the attachment for hanging things on the back of the buggy and it has never tipped (as sometimes described on the older version).

All in all, however, we are all very happy with this buggy and it has resolved the issues we suffered with our first pram and has made day to day life much easier.

Brilliant Combination of Excellent Customer Service & Value for Money!

At very short notice and for a better price than any competitor, Card Cutters set us up with a Merchant Account and short term terminal hire on 2 separate occassions. They made the process easy, were helpful and clear at every stage and gave a very fast turnaround. The staff are very friendly and personable - all in all a winning combination! I wouldn´t hesitate to use the service again or to recommend to others. Thank you Card Cutters!
