DO NOT BUY OUR PRODUCTS PLEASE

ITV HAVE NOT LEARNT A THING DO THEY LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS AND TRY TO SORT THEIR PROBLEM OUT. OR DO THEY PUT THEIR HEADS IN THE SAND AND DONT THINK THEY HAVE A PROBLEM.IT WAS CALLED ITV HUB FIRST IT WAS SO BAD THEY PUT MONEY INTO IT AND ALL THEY DID WAS CHANGE THE NAME TO ITVX.A BIT LIKE A DODGY BUILDER WHO TAKES MONEY FOR A BAD JOB ,AND THEN MOVES ON AND CHANGE THEIR NAME AND STILL DOES NOT FINISH THE JOB BUT GETS MONEY UP FRONT I.E GO PREMIUM FOR STILL THE CRAP JOB.ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS MAKING BIG MONEY FROM ENTERING THEIR COMPETITIONS FOR £2 ,WHO WOULD WANT TO GIVE THEM £5.99 A MONTH TO GO ADD FREE FOR THE SAME POOR EXPERINCE

ROOM 15 South cave on M62Sunday…

Booked in at South cave on M62 Sunday 11th May 2025
Facilities is a Shell Garage all at overpriced goods
Checked in around 7pm got settled in (room 15 end one on ground floor please avoid). Had a long day got our head down then at around 11pm the person above was back and forth, and the floor was creaking in a few places as they walked what believe bathroom and bed .this continued for an hour easily which woke us up.Im not saying the person above was well built but it was like an elephant moving around. But I do believe the floors above should be of sound structures so you DON'T HEAR PEOPLE WALKING AROUND. Then they got up at 2am to go to the bathroom and woke us up, and then at 5am was getting up and walking about again possibly for an early start for over an hour repeating the same again. On inspection of the ceiling in our room it looks like it's had some work done on it (BEING A BUILDER IN MY TIME fitting Dormas on roofs etc.what ever has been done hasn't been done right, you can see a bulge across the ceiling from window to bathroom whether it's the ceiling that's been renewed and then artexed and painted. I can't be the only one that's stayed in this room and not had this issue, either way it's not fit for purpose. TRAVELODGE I recommend CEO stays in room 15 and ill come and stay above, YOU'LL THEN KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

Trust pilot is great its a link to experiences good and not so good, highlighting downfalls of companies and the ones that go above and beyond. So they can continue the good and re address their downfalls, and allow us to to decide whether we use them or not

Took my car in for a diagnostic 1st…

Took my car in for a diagnostic 1st they washed and wax my car and not really vacuum inside. Which I was never told about and neither even asked for news to me.I wanted to check out an auto transmission overheat that flash on and off,after waiting an hour and half,the service guy came out with no paperwork and was explaining that they couldn't find what the problem was, I asked what the diagnostic said and what was the transmission specific codes were, he said I don't have them but the technician wrote it on the back of his work sheet, he came back 10mins later with the invoice and said he was wrong, they have deleted the fault codes,so i because you've deleted the fault codes where do we go from here Which he replied were gonna have to strip the gearbox down, so how do you know what your looking for with no trans codes, he said trial and error, what at my expense. I said this sound professional, he asked me to settle my bill, £115 for a wash and wax with no answer to the fault in question THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE OF A TOYOTA GROUP WHO RECKONS THEY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND YOU CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYBODY ABOVE A SALES SO CALLED ADVISOR, AS THEY DON'T WANT TO PASS IT ON . ITS LIKE THEY CLOSE RANK When you go a on their site it gives you the top brass, and contact numbers but it's back to the shop and no email. I think these guys don't know what's going on behind them In short gutted and skanked I think because it was 31st Dec am everyone was wanting to get home, [Ref Edit the above ] Got an email back from Toyota Leeds to get back in touch, Spoke to Mike in service who suggested I bring the car in and they will do a transmission and filter oil change, I told him I had already done an oil change, but not fitted the filter as I was gonna change the oil again and fit the filter then.He said bring the Rav4 in and he will personally do it and check sensors and wiring in transmission and see if there is a fault, which was what I was wanting in the first place, Mike did the job sensors and wiring OK BUT found that a pad on the front bumper had slipped down over the transmission matrix cooler and was restricting air flow to cool the transmission fluid. AT THE END JOB WELL DONE 👏 Now in May 2025 no problems 😊 Thanks Mike

The Driver Driving YG21XZD on the 27th May 2022 in Leeds LS15 9DA SPEEDING up our street as well as down and not willing to STOP .This young female driver needs to know the speed limit in the whole area is 20MPH, Its This speed limit due to the 2 young girls who lost their lives by a SPEEDING driver like yourself. EON NO SPARK AND ALL GAS

I start by giving this firm 1star
I can't give -5 star, it isn't on the review, my daughter has just moved into a new home, which is being refurbished prior to moving in. She is 6 months pregnant, she received an estimated bill from March April May, without any readings, just an amount in £ss addressed to the occupier,
She explained although she gave them a reading prior to work,to being carried out, she would only owe std charge,
EON then passed the debt without any further investigation to their debt collectors, adding their administration charges on, totally unacceptable, billing no start or finish reading, to verify the usage. Is this how these i d i o t s operate.

It sounds like your daughter hasn’t seen a copy of the actual bill, just a reminder letter and that’s why there’s no readings on it.

I would advise her to speak to our home moves department, with the date she took responsibility of the property, along with the meter reads from this date and some up to date reads as well.

They will then set the account up correctly and she’ll only pay for the usage from the period that she was responsible.

We have home move advisors on our ‘Live Chat’ channel as well.
