Very pleased with my new jeans, they look smart, fit well and are comfortable to wear. Great range for petite and good quality. Hobbs is my ‘go to’ for clothes. Always helpful and friendly staff in the shops.

Bought the Miniml Kitchen Starter Set - good value at the in sale price and all three products do a great job in the kitchen. Eco friendly and kind to my sensitive skin too. Best and easiest glass cleaner I’ve used, no streaks or hard rubbing to buff up windows needed. Pity the unscented glass cleaner smells so strongly of the vinegar but it does quickly fade.

I prefer to go to the shop when purchasing footwear. Charles Clinkard in Wilmslow has an extensive range and very good customer service. However on this occasion they did not have my chosen sandals in stock so I purchased them online where they have even great choice. It was easy to place an order, communication was good and they arrived quickly. I am a very happy returning customer and would definitely recommend.

Easy to book with last minute.com and good value package city break. Also received a voucher towards future bookings. From a range of available options we chose the Bacelo Occidental Seville Viapol Hotel which was conveniently located near a tram stop or a relatively easy walk into the centre. Staff at the hotel were welcoming, helpful and professional. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and changing daily options.

I visited the well presented, spacious Hobbs shop in the Trafford Centre. There was an impressive range of high quality products and sizes to browse. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. This all helped to make my shopping experience very enjoyable and productive. I especially love the petite ranges. Thank you Hobbs, I’ll be back again soon!

I was greeted with a lovely smile when I opened my door. Email updates kept me informed and my order was delivered by DPD within the expected time. There was no damage to the packaging or parcel contents and the delivery person was very professional and cheerful - thank you!

Browsed the Exotica site, which was easy to use. A helpful member of the Exotica team was able to answer all our questions ensuring we selected and finalise the best holiday for us. Communication was by phone with follow up emails from Bella who was friendly, informative and professional.

Easy to book via the last minute.com website, convenient flights and the aparthotel was in a good location. Sadly, on arrival at the aparthotel we were welcomed by being told there would be no cleaning service and no towel changes for the whole of our stay. If we did want fresh towels there would be an additional charge. It would have been good to know this in advance and it’s not something I’ve encountered before. Breakfast taken was not pre bookable and also an additional €15pp daily charge. It was a disappointing welcome and start to an otherwise good 4 night/5 day break.

Easy site to navigate to use. Frequent updates regarding processing and delivery. Wide selection of cards and gifts. Bought a personalised gift, sadly there is no option, card or similar to say who the gift is from if it is being delivered straight to the recipient. This meant, without being told, the recipient didn’t know who it was from when they received it in the post.

Easy to browse and book via the website. The holiday, including optional extras, was good value. Communication between Exoticca and ourselves before and during the trip was very good. We would have no hesitation booking with them again…in fact, we have already done so!
