The Lodge was excellent and a very quiet site, it was easy to book although if you look for Lodge breaks it often shows prices for caravans rather than Lodge prices and you have to scroll down the list to find the lodge price. I wish it would save date changes and length of stay instead of having to start again if the break you want is not available

Easy ordering, easy to negotiate site and with the one exception (out of stock) everything came quickly.

I love "Very" as the quality is very good, easy to negotiate site and easy to return item's. Unfortunately on this occasion the item is faulty so need to return it, but it doesn't reflect on Very as it's a seasonal item and in the past I have order about 12 and they have been fine.

Needed to return a couple of item's and the sales lady was lovely and refund came through quickly.
