The cards were extremely easy to design…

The cards were extremely easy to design using the Vistaprint website. They were also very reasonable price wise and the end result is excellent. Thank you also for all the clear delivery options which meant I did not spend unnecessarily because the delivery windows were crystal clear.

Bought some tabards from here

Bought some tabards from here. They arrived quickly and were excellent quality with lovely big pockets at the front - also the colour was lovely (red) - nicer than it looked on the website. Also asked for an invoice afterwards and was sent one quickly. Very happy.

Treat your garden...

It's all good from this company hence why this is the second time I have ordered from here: The size of the bag in the photo on the website is what you get and the price for this is very reasonable. The delivery is quick and the drivers' are highly skilled at operating the machinery to deliver the giant bag safely and where you want it. And finally, the product is excellent quality so your garden (and wildlife) will be happy once you have smothered your garden with all this goodness :-)

No communication whatsoever

Placed my first order with the company, the amount came to £131.58. Received order confirmation and waited for my delivery. Nothing came so I went into my account to check the tracking; only to find the status of the order stated as "returned order" with no other information. I emailed them to ask what had happened and was told:

"Unfortunately, we can’t dispatch your order due to logistic reasons (units, size and weight of products).
For this reason, we had to cancel your order."

However, this was not communicated to me (and probably never would have been either) ie no apology email at the time of cancelling my order explaining why this had happened and not providing information stating what any future orders should be kept under in terms of a threshold of weight/items/value.

If there are such restrictions sending items to the UK then TELL US WHAT THEY ARE! Don't just cancel orders and leave customers 'hanging'. It's really not too much to ask.

If I actually knew what the thresholds were (which I don't) and wanted to place another order (which I currently do not) it is likely the products I wanted are either out of stock or not on offer any more.

Be mindful...

Okay to get you going on Amazon BUT be mindful that:

- The leads could be better - my feeling is that they hold back the good ones for themselves. Most leads are for items that sell 50/month or less. The a2a leads are better but again, I think they buy the stock themselves first before putting the lead out there because these are very hard to buy.

- Their attention to detail is poor - sometimes the lead they provide does not match the product on Amazon - different size/model/packaging etc. Sometimes the lead is for a product that just cannot be listed as a product to sell on Amazon. This just causes issues and confusion for new, inexperienced sellers who won't know any different - when I thought the platform itself is to help new sellers rather than set them up to fail? However much worse than this is that they have (inadvertently) put leads out there for unauthentic/fake products, which sellers have bought and then tried to sell on Amazon. When you try to sell unauthentic/fake products on Amazon (knowingly or unknowingly) you run the risk of having your account closed down by Amazon. And because there is a channel for "member leads", more due diligence needs to take place with regards to removing people from the platform who are clearly only on there to push their own company leads, leads which have also caused sellers to buy inauthentic/fake products!

I think they should be more honest about the fact that with every lead they put out there, they build in a referral payment to themselves when you click on that link and ultimately buy the product - nothing wrong with this but this makes me think they are interested in quantity of sales (for themselves, to get the kickbacks) rather than quality (leads) for the seller.

In the chat part of the discord the same questions are being asked over and over by new sellers. The starter guide provided does not answer all the questions being asked. There needs to be a go to section of typical issues faced by every new seller to help them hit the ground running.

I checked what I wrote last year and I think getting through to speak to a human has slightly improved - I just kept quiet (didn't speak to the machine) and eventually (had to be patient) I got through to Zak who was able to gain access to my policy quickly - was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable - lovely to deal with. Thank you for rewarding loyalty, Admiral, and thank you Zak for doing your best on the price for me, I appreciate it.

Just spoke to Annila who was super helpful, very efficient and thought of an option that solved my issue. I am new to this bank and am really enjoying the fact that I can speak to a human being without too much bother (you do have to go through some automation but I do appreciate that is necessary in this day and age) however, not having to type to a BOT is much appreciated - thank you to the bank for keeping this human and than you to the human Annila!

Beautiful backgammon set - I ordered the cheapest set because I just want to learn how to play this and didn't need anything 'special' but it still is! The board is beautiful - it is almost too good for me ;-) This would make a lovely gift for someone. Excellent communication from ordering and very quick delivery (also very well packaged). Have never used Interparcel before but they were by far the cheapest for an item that was over 1.5 metres long. The parcel was supposed to arrive next day but arrived day after but am still giving 5 stars because they collected when they said they would and were so good price wise that I would definitely use them again.

Facebook scam using Seasalt's name

You might see a an advert on fb saying Seasalt Cornwall are offering massive discounts like "6 items of £42" for example, THIS IS NOT Seasalt, this is scam - a company pretending to be Seasalt. If you click on the fb ad you will be taken to the company who are pretending to be Seasalt and any orders that you place will not be with Seasalt. They will take your money but obviously not send you the goods. If you want to order from Seasalt, go directly to their website, not via fb. I wanted to get this information out there as the fb ad is prolific at the minute and I am sure many people are getting caught out by this and the genuine Seasalt being caught in the crossfire.

Super helpful + quick at sorting issues

Super helpful + quick at sorting issues

I needed to buy a replacement bathroom basin as mine had had something very heavy dropped on it which had caused a crack and a hole.

This company sold just the basin part at a very good price, which is all I needed.

Although the item looked the same as mine on the website, it's hard to tell with things like this so I just wanted to be certain it would fit my existing pedestal. To be sure I asked if I could be sent a certain measurement of the sink and sure enough, someone came back to me very quickly with this information to assure me it was indeed the right one.

The basin was shipped out however when it was taken out the box on the Saturday over the BH weekend, I noticed it was damaged. I sent an email on the Sunday to say it had arrived damaged and straight away (on the Sunday) I had notification that another one would be shipped out to me straight away - and it was, first thing on the Tuesday morning (after the BH Monday) it was dispatched.

I can't be sure but I think the lack of protection in the box on the delivery before likely caused the damage so I did make a suggestion that more packaging should be used on this second delivery. Although this didn't happen, they did use a different delivery company who were excellent and might have taken more care with the box as the basin this time arrived in one piece.

My only feedback to you would be I think you do need more packaging for items like this - the basin was sent in a thick cardboard box with no other packaging at all.

But amazing customer service from beginning to end, thank you very much.

Not user friendly

Not user friendly, zero customer service, only seem to want to get in contact to suggest reducing price of items.

There are a lot of bad reviews for this company on Trust Pilot although I didn't let that put me off. However, after loading on only 2 items I had already lost the will to live. I understand that loading items on the first time might take longer but the platform is not user friendly, Ebay and Vinted have got this down to a tee so they should take a leaf out their book for this. Also, when a listing goes 'live' only limited changes can be made after that - this is not ideal when something simple may have been forgotten (for example, I wanted to go back and tick the box for vintage as my items is over 15 years old). The second item I listed, once it went live, the system changed the name to something entirely different to what I had typed (ie the item has been posted as an "Intrend Puffer" and not what I listed as - a "Maxmara Puffer". I thought that as I was new to the site, it was something I had done wrong so I did it again, taking screenshots of everything I had entered but through no fault of my own, the same thing happened. To try and rectify the situation and not let the hours I had already spent go to waste, I tried to use the supposedly 24/7 chat facility but no one answered on that day, or on another day. So really, '24/7' needs to be changed to 'never'. Not one to give up, I sent an email, this was over a week ago now and not heard a dicky bird with regards to that.

However, meanwhile, I have received multiple emails suggesting that to make a sale, I should reduce the price of the items I have listed. The suggested prices are rock bottom prices. At the prices they are suggesting, I could sell these items on Ebay in a heartbeat, every day of the week and twice on Sunday and quite frankly, I would much prefer to sell via Ebay who offer not only exceptional customer service (chat is always available, or they call, generally within the hour) but also offer protection to the seller, should anything go wrong and DON'T keep emailing me saying I am trying to charge too much for an item. What chance have I got of this company helping me out if a transaction or delivery goes wrong if their system changes my listing and they don't come back to me when I try and fix their problem? The reason I didn't use Ebay in the first instance for these items is because I thought this company would be better at selling/have the right audience for more expensive, designer items, turns out, they just want to give your designer/more expensive stuff away.

Not impressed at all, hence why I have deleted both my items and will sell them elsewhere - somewhere where I might not get the price I am asking for BUT I will get more than the price this company are suggesting.

No communication from them and seem to fob you off

I can see there are lots of great reviews for this company, but my experience was very different.

We ordered 2 x bar stools that were showing as in stock at the beginning of December. Payment was taken (obviously) but then after a couple of days we received an email saying they were out of stock/on back order and would not be delivered until end of Jan. I called to ask why they had shown in stock when they clearly were not (bearing in mind, they were STILL showing as in stock) and asked for a refund, which they said they would process straight away. I followed up with an email saying we wanted a refund and complained about the fact that they shouldn't show stock if they actually do not have stock. At the beginning of January, still no refund. So my husband called to ask why we hadn't received it. They said the stools would be in any time and did we now want to wait, my husband agreed, seeing as he was told delivery would be imminent now. By the end of January, still no stools or any communication. By the end of February, still no stools or any communication. At the end of February we called again, asked again about what was going on and was told they would have stock end of March. We were not prepared to wait any more - clearly they are just fobbing us off and we asked for a refund which was on 26th February. Fast forward to 18th March and still no refund, so called again - they said it was due to be processed 'today' (very coincidental). Received it yesterday, 20th March.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G customer service

I ended up returning my product as it wasn't quite right for me but this company were absolutely amazing to deal with and do exactly what they say they will do (no quibbles return) with great communication along the way. The item itself was excellent quality so I was truly disappointed that it wasn't right for my skin but it is more my issue than theirs as my skin is very problematic at the minute. I would definitely like to order more items (to keep!) from this company.
