No communication from them and seem to fob you off
I can see there are lots of great reviews for this company, but my experience was very different.
We ordered 2 x bar stools that were showing as in stock at the beginning of December. Payment was taken (obviously) but then after a couple of days we received an email saying they were out of stock/on back order and would not be delivered until end of Jan. I called to ask why they had shown in stock when they clearly were not (bearing in mind, they were STILL showing as in stock) and asked for a refund, which they said they would process straight away. I followed up with an email saying we wanted a refund and complained about the fact that they shouldn't show stock if they actually do not have stock. At the beginning of January, still no refund. So my husband called to ask why we hadn't received it. They said the stools would be in any time and did we now want to wait, my husband agreed, seeing as he was told delivery would be imminent now. By the end of January, still no stools or any communication. By the end of February, still no stools or any communication. At the end of February we called again, asked again about what was going on and was told they would have stock end of March. We were not prepared to wait any more - clearly they are just fobbing us off and we asked for a refund which was on 26th February. Fast forward to 18th March and still no refund, so called again - they said it was due to be processed 'today' (very coincidental). Received it yesterday, 20th March.
