The thing that made this holiday fantastic was Martin, the most genuine lovely man you will meet. The place was quiet and peaceful but close to everything imcludinf the shops and a lovely cafe/ bar at the bottom of the steps. We hired a car and local beaches were lovely, copacabana being the best. All in all you could ask, studi was comfy and well equipped, would have liked a toaster to be honest but no biggie, loved it thank you Martin

I went to renew and update my policy. I made a mistake and called customer services who immediately updated and changed my mistake. What I liked it was quick and no fuss.

I purchased my two tickets for London all went without a hitch. You are notified of any delays and receive regular message details.But just to say when I had a delayed train before Xmas I was kept informed and given a full refund due to my train being cancelled, excellent service

I called up and made some enquiries for anew booking, Sharon was very happy to go through all the details and ensure it was the correct holiday for me. She agreed to call me back and even though there was some technical issues she called back again! We booked the holiday I wanted at a great price and look forward to going to India next year

I had an issue and wanted to change the times I was booked into the lounge at Heathrow. I emailed them and I got an immediate response which was the booking was changed! So all in all can’t fault them and would recommend

My car went in for a service, i was informed and asked if I wanted some extra work done but declined but was given advice of when to get the work done. Good and professional service and great staff

We purchased a V8 hoover, as per the other reviews I read it is an excellent hoover with great suction. As well as this you have a tool for just about every eventuality as well as a bonus tool box we received. Great service from a great company!

An Easy to use website . Convenient drop off points and efficient service. Much cheaper than Royal Mail . I would recommend this service . I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered on time .

We looked online at the reviews for mattresses and based on reviews, price and quality and comfort, purchased the mattress for my daughter. The mattress arrived on time and promptly, my daughter had a few back issues at the time and partly why we decided to go for this mattress specifically. My daughter has said things have improved significantly since having the mattress and says it is so comfortable and is so happy with it. She had her friends comment on how nice and comfortable it was and have asked us where we got it from, she can’t speak highly enough of it. Needless to say for her next mattress and for my son we will be buying again as we were not disappointed on all three points of cost, quality and comfort!

I was unfortunate to order on Black Friday when the Ghd website crashed and kept saying your order has not gone through. This resulted in multiple orders . Most were cancelled but I received 2 straighteners instead of 1 I have ended up having to pay for a return.
However ,After a few days everything was eventually sorted in the end .

It was a great service, with really friendly staff, who delivered what they said they would. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was I had to wait 4-5 days and I would have liked it done a bit quicker. Other than that it was excellent .

Really disappointed with the service I received from arrow . They delivered a king size mattress on Thursday 23 November on behalf on Land of beds . They brought it into the sitting room and then said it wasn’t their policy to take up it upstairs as they have been sued in the past for damage . I had paid for them to take away the old mattress which they said wasn’t on their system . When I complained to the bed company they rang the drivers who lied and said I had asked for it to be left in the sitting room . I did not take the drivers names but they were obviously too busy to do their job properly . I then had to wait 2 days for arrow to return to do the job they were meant to do in the first place .

An easy to use website and a very speedy delivery . I would use this company again .
