Very poor at answering queries

Very poor at answering queries. State they get back within a day but have now been waiting two plus messaging on Instagram has illicited no response after eight hours. Live chat is office hours only, despite having a bot to kick things off plus it currently goes no further than asking my preferred language. Poor show all round.

I’m so sorry we’ve dropped the ball here – you’re absolutely right to call us out. We say we’ll respond swiftly, and if that hasn’t happened, we’ve let you down. Messaging us and getting no reply after hours of waiting must be so frustrating, and I can only apologise for that.

Revised electricity usage guidelines on the side of the item's box were a bit confusing (a G rating doesn't immediately look that good) but the product works well and is apparently not in fact a massive drain on power.

Overall the Bourne bed we received…

Overall the Bourne bed we received fitted together a lot easier than expected, albeit the construction of the body of it is a five hour job and the glue for the drawers takes longer than half an hour to dry, thereby extending the finishing touches by about the same again. There is though a large amount of dead space at the wall side of the item so you may not want to put on the backing boards.

Customer service after the supply of the bed has unfortunately been poor. Whilst the firm were quick to send out the one missing bolt and a replacement panel for the left of the drawer space the latter was an inadequate measure, given the time already mentioned for assembly. There is no way the hours are going to be put in to take the bed apart (risking breaking dowel rods) and then back together again. There has been no email reply to my message stating the same.

In the real world the company's newly…

In the real world the company's newly opened shop in Edinburgh has a vast array of books and is very pleasantly laid out.

In the virtual world, however, the firm seem woefully behind the times and utterly unable to respond to either emails or messages on Twitter. I have had great difficulty over the past two months in confirming whether goods from a book subscription have actually been placed into the postal system on time. The fact that only one shop seems to be able to answer such questions, due to each having a different computer system (according to a member of the Edinburgh staff) only exacerbates the issue.

Taking out a policy with 24/7 was very easy indeed and dealing with Stephanie & Ashley in their calls about the process & reviewing it was also very pleasant. I look forward to the same care & attention at the first inspection of my boiler.

Initially swift when sending out …

Initially swift when sending out screenprinting screens (which themselves are well made) but very slow to respond to issue with lost order of printing ink & to remedy issue when acknowledged. Consequently another supplier had to be found and replacement ink from Hunt The Moon has still yet to arrive, over two weeks since the initial order was placed.

Reasonable

No issues per se whilst I was an active customer with them (one case went missing/was stolen by a neighbour and they swiftly replaced it) but overall value for money depends very much on how interested you are in the minutiae of craft beers seeing as £5 of each month's cost is for their style magazine. I unsubscribed after 5 months and went elsewhere for more beer for less money.
