good customer service if a little slow to respond

Faulty pan but customer serviced replaced swiftly - was initially annoyed as didn’t realise the reply time could be up to 14 days (which seems a very long time). Overall satisfied customer.

Didn’t order my car then tried to charge me more.

Ordered a car with a 4 month lead time. 1 month before expected delivery was told that it had been pushed back to May - no problem. Then near April it was pushed back to July. Then in July called and said they have no date for the car it would be some time in 2023 but they had no idea. Also they were not going to honour the price I had agreed the car for, they said BMW can’t hold the price and it was going up over £250 per month. Terrible service. Later from another leaser, they confirmed that they probably hadn’t even ordered it as BMW wouldn’t put price up after order was in!

Quicker response by carrier pidgeon

I am using their online chat at the moment as no customer service number. So far we have had 8 lines of dialogue in the space of 20mins. I think they would be better to invest in carrier pigeons as the service and speed of reply would be a lot quicker.
