BE WARNED - Does not Ebay repice like you think or they advertise

BE WARNED: It doesn't Reprice EBAY listings the way they advertise it does.
I was a previous subcriber years ago but stopped due to it not working with Ebay variation listings.

I reached out to them again this year to see if they have improvied it and had a phone call from sales who I described in detail that all our Ebay listings are variation listings (size,colour) and does it now work with those as previously it did not.
I was informed yes no problem so went forward with resubscribing.
After fighting with it for a few days I spoke to support who confirmed my suspicion that it DOES NOT actually work with Ebay Variation listings at all (even when each one has a EAN/UPC barcode so is classed as a catalogue product).
What you have to do is reprice on Amazon and then use the multi channel replicator to copy those prices on Amazon OVER to Ebay.
Of course this is NOT how they advertise it (no mention in on any pre-purchase customer facing information pages)
AND not a ideal situation because

A) We are wanting to pull our listings from Amazon
B) Due to the difference in costs between listing on Amazon and Ebay - the repricing values would not be the same.

As I went into great detail with Sales before purchasing I feel this product was mis-sold to me and will be cancelling our subscription and seeking a refund for the short time I had to use it (and find out it does not work how they said)

EDIT 25/07/24 : After Repricers response below I want to add further information as I don't think their sales team even understand their own product

Again they state that you can EBAY reprice - I have it confirmed by their own support staff that this is not possible you can only replicate the Amazon prices which is not repricing as you need to be able to reprice differntly on Ebay due to different costs.

Despite the listing being catalogue, I can see that the listing in question is a variation one, which Repricer cannot reprice at the moment. For that, you will have to set up a Multichannel Replicator (given the fact that every variation has a unique SKU, otherwise it won't work).

For clarifcation to their clarification
All our listings are buy it now
Our ebay pro seller account was linked to repricer.com
All listings (and variations of that listing) had their own custom label (their SKU)
All variations have either a GS1 UPC or EAN code
All listing variations are colour,size (for clothing) what "certain variations" would you not be able to reprice from that?

I've been with Linnworks for many years…

I've been with Linnworks for many years and have seen their ups and downs as they progress and evolve.
Whilst I still think their desktop program is superior to their .net in several areas hopefully they will migrate things like re-order low stock over to .net in the near future.
They got a lot of flack the past week as they were going to hike up the prices for all users and move to a per order pricing structure instead of the current per user structure.
Fortunatley they have listened to their existing customer base and we now have the option (for existing users) to go with our current per user base (which we are sticking with) or the volume order.

So well done to linnworks for listening to your current customers and putting your hands up when you are wrong and rectifying the issue.

We've used Linnworks for over a year …

We've used Linnworks for over a year now and have been very impressed with it.
In fact it's totally streamlined our business to the point where we've been able to reduce our staffing levels without any detriment to the business.
Also mistakes in packing and despatching have now become non existent due to all our products are now barcoded and we can't despatch and order until all items have been scanned in against the order.

I'm not going to lie, getting used to Linnworks was a bit of a learning curve and moving from a system that we had used for 14 years did take a while for me to get out of my old habits but we got there in the end as we were lucky enough to have a linnworks guru on hand to write the scripts that we wanted and explain and help with things.

We have had to use customer support quite a lot but they have been very helpful and being able to live chat to them to try and rectify any issues is a bonus.

We look forward to using Linnworks now and into the future.

Excellent ongoing work with Edmonds

When we first thought about revamping our site Edmonds was one of the companies we shortlisted.
With regret we did go with a local company initially and what a mistake that was. I should of gone with Edmonds from the start.
We have been using Edmonds for over a year now in both bug fixing, security application and development of new ideas for our website and they have proven time and time again to be both professional and on time with their work but most of all they KNOW how to communicate which is some other companies lack the ability to do.
I would not hesitate to recommend edmonds to anyone

Very good but don't be an idiot like I was

I can't fault the speed or service of Rainbow vapes but there is one thing which I admit it was because of my stupidity but could still be avoid (as long as you aren't an idiot like me)

I ordered 3 items two of which were separately packaged and then there was a small plastic baggie with two 10ml bottles plus a card that said FREE E-Juice . As I had forgot to take my regular e-juice to work with me I thought bonus they've sent me the flavouring that I ordered plus some free e-juice. So I popped the cap on my RDA and gave the wick a good coating of what I thought was E-Juice and took a big hit on it....... Bad mistake - what I was sent was some extra flavouring and the card was FREE E-Juice when you review a product.
I hadn't read the card properly and just got as far as the big FREE E-Juice text on the card.
On the plus side everything for the next few hours tasted like parma violets

Great customer service

I purchased a reusable artisan vaping fuse which had given up the ghost within 2 months of purchase.
Cloud 9 vaping kindly offered to send me a replacement.
