It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was very nervous about the whole procedure at the beginning. But at every step of the way I was re assured and everything very clearly and carefully explained to me. Plus you are given a very comprehensive booklet explaining everything plus illustrations and typical FAQs section, and a phone number to contact if there was anything else. It is all absolutely worked out to make it a smooth hassle free experience. As I was nervous I was offered a relaxant pill which really helped me. I've had both cataracts removed, and all I can say is It's like being given a precious gift that is ongoing and I appreciate it every single day. Thank you to the whole team. :)

i was having trouble with my central heating pump, It was rattling! I rang ECS Plumbing, explained the problem, they asked me to send over a picture of the offending pump. They arranged to come and replace the pump, which they did very quickly and professionally. They are a brilliant company. I have used their company before and every time is the same. always to a friendly high professional standard. Thank you :)

I ordered my item on Friday and I had a quick response to say it would be delivered on Sunday.
I received texts and emails telling me my order had been processed and confirming delivery date.
On Sunday, I received a text from Hermes confirming my parcel would be delivered that day. During the morning it was delivered, my neighbour took it in for me. The Hermes driver sent me a photo showing my parcel outside my house before leaving it with my neighbour. Also a card was put through the door confirming my parcel was safely with my neighbour.

I had researched tyres prices online and Halfords came up as a good competitive price. I rang my local Halfords and a tyre was ordered for the following day. I also asked for my brakes to be checked as I could hear them binding. I came the next day , I had my new tyre fitted. my brake pads and shoes did need doing and I also asked for some new front windscreen wipers too. The whole operation was carried out courteously, efficiently and with everything being clearly explained to me both now and potential future jobs like MOT and servicing. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
