Expensive but good quality. Rubbish courier

The product is good quality although expensive. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the courier you use (DHL) are rubbish. They fail to deliver on the scheduled day, turn up outside the time band provided and also leave the parcel stating it was signed for when it has not been. Last 3 DHL deliveries (2 of which are from you) have caused me issues or not arrived when they say they are.

Appalling service

Appalling service - Ordered a Hotpoint washing machine. First the price looked good but the delivery and connection charges were high. Then they cancelled delivery - had to wait two more days. When the appliance arrived it was 20mm deeper than stated on the website and this meant it stuck out from under the counter and fowled on the drawer and cupboar 90 degrees to its side. When on spin the appliance walks across the room! Called and arranged a refund. Later discovered i have to pay another £30 for collection. Customer service agent did not give a damn and said i could arrange my own courier or i have to pay £30 and my refund will take up to 5 day from receipt of the machine. I wonder what the next "excuse" will be to charge me more.

complete disaster. part never arrived.

Its a shame this site does not screen its suppliers. The company who contacted me seemed excellent. Took my payment and promised next day delivery. 8 days later still waiting. Get fobbed off every time I call them and they refuse to provide a tracking number for the part supposedly sent. Waste of time and I doubt I will see my money again.
