Great service

Great service, item despatched quickly, arrived before time. Won’t hesitate to buy from here again. May pop in for a visit when I gig at the Prince Albert in 9th June.

Brilliant service

Ordered 3 sets of extra long strings for my Rickenbacker as the local shop didn't have them. Ordered at about 3pm weds, arrived at 10.30 am thursday, brilliant stuff.

Terrible!

Received email confirming delivery would take place in next 5 days on 9/10/14 so was looking forward to receiving them. Got a knock on my flat door about 5pm on 10/10/14 from a bloke who had an envelope containing my tickets in his hand. He doesn't even live in the same road!

Nice to know there are honest people around still.

Did make me laugh when I received a further email confirming "secure delivery" of my tickets at 15.07 on 10/10/14 to my address! Yes, they were securely delivered but to the wrong address. Still waiting for another pair of tickets, be interesting to see if these end up being delivered to the correct address.
