brilliant service

done an order on line when payment went thro and the reply was given my order ready to be picked up was bristol hello i aint no where near bristol..so went to local toolstation and asked if it could be sorted out and fair does the staff were brill and got it done for me took a while but had a good chat which is nice as some shops cannot be bothered to stand and chat ..so pontypool toolstation thank you

I can see that on the 29th of January and explained the airlines login process to you.

In order to now access your booking with Ryanair you'll need to click on the verification link they've emailed to you and follow all listed steps.

Please ensure that when accessing your Ryanair account you're using the flight reference number and allocated email address associated with your flight reservation - found on the Flight Summary Page of your booking confirmation documents. The documents were sent to you as a PDF email attachment once your booking was confirmed. Your personal email address will not be linked to this current flight reservation so please do not use it.

When asked if you would like to log in or sign up, please ensure you select the "Sign Up" option and enter your allocated email address. At this stage, you can create your own personal password for your flight reservation.There are two verification processes you can then chose from:

Express Verification - there is a small charge for instant verification using facial recognition
Standard Verification - can take up to 7 days to verify but will be free of charge

Moreover, these details were sent to you via email. Once you have completed the verification as above, you will then be able to talk with Ryanair about your flights / request to make any amendments, or simply check-in online. From here you can also confirm with Ryanair whether you accept the minor flight changes or you would like them to arrange new flights for you. Please then let us know your decision so we can update your booking and update your transfers accordingly. well email blocked yet again this is gettin a ruddy big joke just pick the fone up and ring me as im not wasteing mytime any more sending emails that r blocked ..so get your act together and why is you can reply so quickly on trustpilot and not straight to me on my email or fone

Further to our conversation earlier, I would like to clarify that there are two Ryanair verification processes you can choose from. I would advise choosing the Standard Verification as you should have more luck with that method. I've sent you the full instructions on how to complete this via email. YET AGAIN ..

YET AGAIN ..GIVEN A linkon the WEB SITE TO GO TO dont excist..so yet again im not gettin any real response ..y dont u just pick the fone up and ring me as for you sayin in yr last reply you have not enough information about my booking yet you have sent my booking date and had money off me yet you saying dater protection what the hell just ring and get this sorted ..

as from october last year 2023 still no contact from this company about what is goin on with the booking i made and the problem with ryanair ..now they say they have changed flights yet according to ryanair im not on their flight plans for this holiday what an utter sham this is think they have the manners to ring and tell me whats goin on ..i think best i go to a solicitor to take action over this

rip off

ordered a gear box from this company gave them all details of car we needed part for no probs ..part was delivered had a garage fit the part so labour cost of takein old box out and renew supplied box..um box was not correct as test drive engine management was saying need another gear garage informed us it was wrong box when it was removed from vehicle they had sent box for diesel not petrol noticed serial number was ground off ...informed this company all we got was well we can send another but u will have to cover delivery cost 180 pound and that was also to resend the box they sent in the begining utter joke so beware of this lot why were serial number ground off ..

NONE OF THIS INFOMATION IS CORRECT.
1 THE GEARBOX WAS OUT OF THE CORRECT VEHICLE AND A PETROL AND NOT A DIESEL A DIESEL GEARBOX WOULD PHYSICALLY NOT FIT!
ALSO WE COLLECTED THE GEARBOX AT NO COST TO YOURSELF AND WAITED MONTHS UNTIL YOU GOT THE GEARBOX READY FOR US TO COLLECT AS YOU STILL HAD IT FITTED TO THE CAR AND WAS USING THE CAR.
ALSO YOU GOT A REFUND OF ALL MONIES PAID TO US.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO AMMEND YOUR REVIEW AS NONE OF THIS IS TRUE.

After two weeks of no return to my emails yet again iv decided to put another post up about this company who dont take care of the customers who use their site and bookings ..they did reply on here tho as soon as i posted a remark ..so lets see if i get another reply on here to my last email i sent them as they clearley dont read emails to the address given ....any way i shall wait and see ..

booked a holiday with this company…

booked a holiday with this company payed a deposit ..all was a ok then i had notification off ryanair that loveholidays had no right to book seats on their aircraft ..so iv been waiting to hear from company as to what they intend to do but so far after a few emails etc iv had no reply which is nothing new with a third party company ..an unreliabale company who rips people off ..so will not recommend to any one

mother and myself

would firstly like to thank Emma for her pleasant and polite manner towards myself and especially towards my mother a big thank you ..
we both had complete windows and doors on 2 properties and would like to thank Nathan for exsplaingin what work was to be done ..
would also like to thank Andrew and his son Joey who fitted the windows and doors very polite towards my mother and nothing was to hard for them to help her thank you again as she is 86..
turned up early done their work and cleaned up after them credit to the company all four i have mentioned ..
products good quality well made
