yet again stuck trying to get hold of this lot email blocks hanging on the fone line for god no s how long ..what a sham ..so lets see if i get a reply again off here ..time is ticking just use my fone number yr given

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us, and I’m sorry for any disappointment your recent experience with us may have caused.

I can see that on the 29th of January and explained the airlines login process to you.

In order to now access your booking with Ryanair you'll need to click on the verification link they've emailed to you and follow all listed steps.

Please ensure that when accessing your Ryanair account you're using the flight reference number and allocated email address associated with your flight reservation - found on the Flight Summary Page of your booking confirmation documents. The documents were sent to you as a PDF email attachment once your booking was confirmed. Your personal email address will not be linked to this current flight reservation so please do not use it.

When asked if you would like to log in or sign up, please ensure you select the "Sign Up" option and enter your allocated email address. At this stage, you can create your own personal password for your flight reservation.There are two verification processes you can then chose from:

Express Verification - there is a small charge for instant verification using facial recognition
Standard Verification - can take up to 7 days to verify but will be free of charge

Moreover, these details were sent to you via email. Once you have completed the verification as above, you will then be able to talk with Ryanair about your flights / request to make any amendments, or simply check-in online. From here you can also confirm with Ryanair whether you accept the minor flight changes or you would like them to arrange new flights for you. Please then let us know your decision so we can update your booking and update your transfers accordingly. You can do this from your Manage My Booking portal, and details of how to access that can be found here:
