I'd like to start by saying the guys…

I'd like to start by saying the guys delivering get 5 stars, I was first delivery of the day and my item had been buried, they had to pull out several items just to find it and I felt really sorry for them, but they persevered and thank you to them. Communication is good and they provide you with tracking and updates and a driver call. My only gripe and the reason for 4 stars is that I had to reject the first delivery slot as I wasn't going to be home. I used their message option to say when I would be home and when I wouldn't. The 2nd delivery slot booked was a day I wasn't going to be home so I had to reject for a 2nd time. Guys if you're going to give the option to message you, read the messages!

Disappointingly expensive

Nothing wrong with their delivery but I have to sayi am seriously disappointed with the pillow. I'm not sure what I was expecting but this wasn't it. Lacklustre and pathetically slim and lifeless soft pads and the firm spring section is no better than a rivals cheaper pillow. The cooling side is only cool where your head isn't and for a few seconds after you moved to a cool spot, can only assume the menopause approval was given by a man. If you want a consistently cold pillow sleep with an ice pack, because this pillow won't be your answer. Constantly waking up to reflected heat and having to turn it to a cool bit for seconds of relief. Definitely would never buy another and wish I'd never bothered with this.

Laura and Aimee are a great team

I'd like to thank Laura and Aimee for all their help and patience in handling the sale of my father's house in probate, especially as probate took longer than expected and was extremely stressful. Both Laura and Aimee kept us informed and were very efficient in sending out the relevant documentation for the sale, and also my own purchase. In the end everything went off without a hitch and I do feel that is in no small part down to Laura and her efforts in getting us over the line.

I had none of the issues of some ... but

I had none of the issues of some of the reviewers, nor of my sister who ordered a print with frame at the same as I did. My proof arrived quickly, which is the first clue that this may be hand drawn, but on a tablet, rather than straight to paper, and I asked for a minor change, which was also done quickly. I approved my proof and a couple of days later my print, preframed, arrived. I am happy with the print, do I think they're being slightly misleading in the way they describe it being hand drawn and water colour painted - absolutely. But if you can get over the fact that hand drawn means it's done using tech and the water colour effect isn't actual water colour, just a tool in the software, then you won't be disappointed - assuming it arrives as it should and when it should. It is quite a high cost item and perhaps someone with an AI product could have done it themselves, and no I probably won't buy another one at that price now I'm fully aware of what I'm buying. But overall I am content with what I've bought, just would have preferred to pay less for it! My sister on the other hand - fuming - for all the reasons above about it not being 'properly' painted and hers arrived without it's frame despite her paying for it. She is not happy and like some of the others, they are completely ignoring her.

What a fantastic company

What a fantastic company. This is the third time I've used them and the second time I asked them for something that wasn't necessarily on their website and they completely and utterly delivered. There isn't a single thing that I could find fault with, from their can-do, nothing is too much trouble approach to customer service, the quality of their products down to the quick delivery with an extremely well packaged item. There simply isn't anything negative, or even remotely critical that I could say about this company.

Everything was great and the product…

Everything was great and the product works well. It isn't 5 stars because their chosen delivery provider let them down by not sending any notification of delivery, not putting any sort of card through the door and by dropping the boxes over a garden gate which went unnoticed by us for several days and ended up soaking wet because it rained. Thankfully it didn't damage or affect the tool.

Everything you'd want really from buying online, good communication and relatively quick delivery, it's not next day but they don't claim to be. The product I ordered was just as expected and described. The sizing was accurate so they fit well and are comfortable to wear so no more chafed thighs - YAY 😊

Re Clever spa all good as delivered in good time and good communication, happy with the price I paid etc. As to the products I've not used them yet so can't comment yet

Update. The cover works really well and a definite investment, the hot tub stays at a steady temp and the heater doesn't come on very much or for very long. The floor is good and nice under foot and the inflatable cover just adds to the heat saving. Well worth the money.

Without a doubt Sportsbikeshop are my…

Without a doubt Sportsbikeshop are my go to for all things motorcycle accessories, comprehensive range, good stock levels,efficient ordering process, clear website, fast delivery, finance options and a growing shop network, they really are the full package, and not least their great customer service. In a time when it seems like meh is the common approach if most customer service teams, that couldn't be further from it with the guys at Sportsbikeshop. I've never yet even had them have an off day.

Ok product - not so much fun to return ...

We saw the Octasmart essential toppers advertised in a recent TV campaign and thought we'd give them a try - we use single mattresses in a super king set up so we got one of each. I got one because I was sold on the airflow helping to keep you cool, my husband for the memory foam soft comfort. They took a while to settle having been vacuum packed and folded and then rolled, but once they had the overall quality was ok. However neither my husband nor I found they lived up to the promises in the ads, I found it too hot, and he didn't find any benefit from either over and above his current topper, fair enough they're not for everyone. So we decided to exercise our right to return under the 60 night sleep trial. And this is why they get two stars. The customer service operative was very polite and nice, but it was very clear they did not want us to return the toppers, claiming we needed to keep them at least 40 nights before we would really feel the benefit, perhaps, but I didn't think the heat issue was going to go away, so she accepted that, and then asked if perhaps I wanted to exchange them for an upgraded topper - no thank you, I just want to return them. Reluctantly that was accepted and I was then told how to go about that. They had to be returned in their plastic packaging and their original box. Hmmm, this is where it got interesting, the toppers arrived vacuum packed in plastic that is then heat sealed together to keep them rolled, and it's all rolled into the topper - you can't keep the plastic intact and get the topper out and it's not exactly obvious that if you want to return them, you need to keep the plastic. So I had to purchase some mattress protectors and hope they accept its not the original plastic. Then the really fun part, getting the toppers into the box, they have to be folded and rolled - boy was that fun - NOT - we've managed it but we are now both exhausted and feel like we've been in a wrestling bout. We also now have to source a courier service to get them returned at our expense which we did know we would, but it's not helped our experience overall. So by all means give them a go, you may love this topper and good for you if you do, but beware if you don't!

Also still waiting for our refund - we used Klarna and made the first payment on ordering - courier shows returned to Dormeo on 18th June - it's now 29th June and no word from Dormeo confirming the returns and no sign of any refund from Klarna. I'm sure it will all be fine, but now I have to spend time chasing it up and I shouldn't really have to!

Ordered a pair of riding boots

Ordered a pair of riding boots - they did arrive, and were even the style I ordered, however they were black, when I'd ordered brown, and the wrong size so completely useless to me - not to mention extremely cheap quality - I have contacted them and been told I got what I ordered. I will take this up with PayPal, but given that they are not significantly different I don't actually expect to get anywhere - just goes to prove that you should never buy cheap goods that probably come from China or similar as it's just a big rip off. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

Loved loved loved it

Loved loved loved it, the Fforest coaster was a real hoot and good fun. The cafe and facilities on site are excellent too. Would definitely do it again and some of their other activities too, zip lines for sure!

Bought my bike from Cannons last year…

Bought my bike from Cannons last year and was very happy with the customer service and aftercare so had no qualms about taking it back this year for its 6000 mile service. I felt the cost was good and better than I'd feared and everything went very smoothly from dropping the bike off, taking a loan bike and the call to confirm it was done and no advisories so very happy overall.
